The hotel is in a very good location, with a large parking area nearby where it was always easy to find a space (in March). The food was excellent — the variety and quality would easily match many 4–5 star hotels in places like Tenerife. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with shampoo and shower gel available. In the evenings there were organized activities such as mini disco and shows, even outside the main season.
The all-inclusive drinks were available free of charge until 11 PM, with a very large selection of drinks. During breakfast you serve drinks yourself, at lunch you collect them from a service counter, and at dinner the staff ask what you would like to drink at the table.
It’s worth noting that outside the main season some attractions were closed, such as the additional restaurant that serves local cuisine once a week.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

We stayed February half term for a week. The Mayfair hotel and Mayfair gardens are the same hotel. Hotels clean, staff friendly. There is loud building work happening in one of the main blocks. Pools were freezing, my girls used the indoor pool a couple of times.
Never had a problem with food, plenty of choice for our family of 6. The only frustrating part was the queue for dinner in the evenings.
There are A LOT of cats at the hotel and in the area, one of them around the pool did scratch my toddler.

We had a very good stay at the Mayfair hotel in February 2026!
The food selection was consistently good and the all-inclusive drink list was decent.
Most staff were friendly and efficient, though the check-in lady was a bit grumpy.
Our one-bedroom suite on the first floor was very spacious and quiet, but felt very basic for a 4-star hotel. A safe was available but at an extra cost.
The evening entertainment was good, and the location is very convenient with a large modern shopping mall around the corner and a 20-25 minute walk to the archaeological sites, the castle, and the old town.
The food selection was consistently good and the all-inclusive drink list was decent.

We spent 4 days over Christmas with family and couldbt fault this hotel. The staff went over and beyond with excellent customer service and were very accommodating and welcoming and looked after us with 2 young children. The food was amazing with a fantastic choice of meals to cater for everyones tastes. The Christmas eve gala was superb and we loved the saxophonist playing Christmas songs. We feel relaxed and content after a lovely festive break. Finished off by a wander around the harbour only minutes away.

We are not very happy with our stay. We booked the suite with pool view. When we arrived in our room there was a puddle of water on the floor, the fridge melted in the blistering heat (30° outside), the air conditioning was turned off in the entire hotel. It was unbearably hot. Secondly the room looks completely simple, like a prison cell, not even a painting at the wall or any decorative elements. He standard is extremely basic, the room category suite seems like a big overstatement. Everything is so basic, its sad. The kitchen is a wooden board without any use, there isnt even a tv in the bedroom, the tv in the living room has a greek program only, what use does that have to international guests? the sofa is uncomfortable and cheap.
When we complained about the not working ac and dirty room and more at the reception we were lied to, no other rooms available, even though online we could book 5 more in the same category.
There will be very loud music until 11pm that makes it impossible to sleep. Its all in all sad and we can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't really like the hotel. The room was very dirty and dusty. The TV only had about 10 channels.
The pool was nice, but by morning all the sun loungers were covered with towels to prevent others from taking them. The breakfast was varied. It's all-inclusive. Free parking.

The hotel and rooms are 3-star, with very loud music from 8-11 PM. Breakfasts are good, but it's very crowded. I wouldn't recommend it for older people.

What a fantastic hotel! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, and the food is truly fantastic! We've stayed in all-inclusive hotels before, but never had such good food! There's a nice pool, a bar with a wide selection of drinks, and the location is also great. Plenty of parking right outside, and the mall is within walking distance. This hotel exceeded our expectations. If we ever return to Cyprus, we will definitely stay here again! :)
