We came in December, during the off-season. The hotel was very inexpensive (315 Euro for 3 nights) and not crowded. Our room was huge - a full kitchen with appliances and a washing machine, dining table, couch (not a comfortable one), amazing balcony, a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms. For value for money this is an excellent large hotel in a lovely mountain setting. The bedroom was very large with a comfortable Bed, good lighting etc. The Hitel in areas in need if some refurbishment but for overall value its a good choice.

5th time to the Ascos. Comfortable and clean..more than enough choice of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Not too busy and weather was 27° entertainment was not great but we didn't go for that .Close to the main drag of coral beach. Hotel is looking very tired and needs some money spent on it. The food was great and the location is brilliant. The entertainment team was only one person due to the time of year and the hotel closing for winter, however Max was always friendly and helpful, always making the time to talk to us, she helped make our holiday so memorable.

Had a great holiday. Weather has been amazing with highs of 27. Food seems like it’s served all day and lots to choose from as well. We were there 10 days and never got bored with food. Rooms basic, but clean. 5 min walk to restaurants and bars. 20-15 min walk to the beautiful coral beach, soft sand and two beds and a parasol only € 7.50 Also regular buses to the harbour and pathos town centre.

I was here 4 years ago. The room i had , had a view to the sea and it was wonderful. Spacious room with a balcony and view to the sea 💞. I also enjoyed the gym which was spacious and had a lot of equipment. I am planning on returning here!

Our stay here was perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. A 4 star hotel. Breakfast is simple, matraces are outdated. Staff and location are perfect. Parking is free of charge, there was allways enough places. Ayia Napa down town just 10 minutes walk. Nissi beach is 10 minutes by car, Cavo Greco national park inside blue lagoon is 15 minutes by car.

You need to check number of your room. From 001 to 015 you will have view on the wall of neibour building. Location is good. not city center but near to the excellent Pantachou beach. We arrived home last weekend after 13 nights here. I think some of the recent reviews are a little unfair. The hotel is clean, rooms aren't massive but they are clean as well. The pool is small, far too small for big inflatables and ball games. Some so called adults acted worse than children. If you have a late flight don't stay here, I don't think they have even heard of a late checkout room.

We have stayed here many times but this will probably be our last. The service was poor, we felt that they couldn’t be bothered to serve foreign guests. The room was small and had a lingering smell of smoke. Drinks were expensive. On one day they hosted a political dinner accompanied by very loud rock music - not conducive to a relaxing break.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. Better than you think in all aspects! but the bed is awesame!!!, (better bed than others 4 stars hotels in the area). Room is clean and well airconditioned, I had the best sleep! I checked in 2 times until now.

Absolutely stunning location, the beach, the pool, the restaurant, but the most incredible thing was the dining on Sunday, where they cooked the lamb in the ground the old way and served in front of everyone. One of the experience must have. Highly recommend 👌

We visited for the day, as local beaches are litter-strewn in northern Cyprus it seems, but hotel-managed ones aren't. This is a lovely beach and facilities, great food, clean sea, and very lovely staff at the site.

Cheap but really nice. Everything in one place. One is the best beach in TRNC.

The beach is cool, clean and was also not to crowded. You pay for each person 25 Turkish Lira in order to have your private space on the beach, which Is a very fair price. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good.

They did everything they could to ensure we had a clean, quiet, and peaceful holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we were very pleased.
