My stay at the hotel was mostly good — the room was clean and the reception staff were really helpful and lovely. The only downside was how noisy the neighbors were, which made it hard to relax. Overall, a decent stay but the noise was a big issue.

Where our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were spot on especially bar staff. Rooms were nothing special but done as a base for the week. The hotel is located in Nicosia, so I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car, as it's inconvenient to get around. I also suggest booking directly through Agoda; I booked through Ctrip, and they also booked through Agoda, so the price was better. Getting around Northern Cyprus without a car is extremely difficult, and taxis are too expensive.

Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way. The design is anti-human and inconvenient to use.

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo. There are only two outlets, and those are for the TV.

Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday.

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.

This was our 4th visit to sunrise pearl hotel and spa and as always we’ve had the best time. The staff go above and beyond to welcome and look after you. FANTASTIC PLACE... Away on vaccation and feel lik you are at home with your familly. The staff in restaurants are outstanding, they make you feel so good and at home.
