Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was immaculate, spacious enough for two people and very clean. It was great that there was a desk and a separate small sitting area. The breakfast is a buffet, with a huge selection, and there are even new items every day. There is also a selection of sweet and savory breakfasts, coffee, juice, tea, water. You can even have dinner in the own restaurant. The staff are smiling and friendly, most of them speak English. The hotel has its own underground garage, which is included in the accommodation fee. The accommodation is in the heart of the city center, a few minutes' walk from the main sights.

Nice hotel situated in the centre of the small city Vrchlabi surrounded by the mountains. Rooms were cosy and service was great. Good selection of meals and drinks.

Price list for sauna on web indicates opening at 13:00h, main web page 14:00h Mon-Fri.
During my 2nd visit of the day I was informed sauna actually does not open till 16:00h. I suggest calling this place ahead to save your self a few trips.

For these prices I expected at least a single visit to the sauna to be included.
But no the wellness centre needs to be pre booked and payed for every hour!
Unknowingly i went to the wellness to discover its privately booked all afternoon. Making me unable to go, the wellness was the only reason I went here.

When we arrived, the receptionist was pretty confused, some of the information she told us didn't add up with the information we'd been given prior to our arrival. Hadn't we asked about everything, we wouldn't really have found out much about anything...
The room itself was actually really cozy despite a bit older furniture. The location within the Giant Mountains is all you could ask for, however, within the town, there is a music bar right next to it so it felt disturbing having to listen to it all night long.
Other than that, our stay was exactly what we paid for. The wellness was sooo relaxing, not to mention the amazing breakfest diversity. The food was just impeccable.

Correct rooms are available here at reasonable prices. You find kind staff and good kitchen as well.

+ great location, clean rooms, wellness on our floor, wide offer of massages etc. For reasonable prices, gym and pingpong and other options in case of bad weather available
- rooms could use some renovation, hotel is obviously trying to optimize costs on daily cleaning and towel service as well as small amenities inthe rooms
