Pytloun Chateau Hotel Ctěnice in Prague

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They respond promptly to any inconveniences and resolve them. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, and there's even a walkable space to the outdoor tea house, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel room design is very unique. You can ride horses next to it, but the sound insulation is very poor. The girl from the equestrian club next door asked me, "Don't you think the windows of the hotel you are staying in look a bit like prison windows?"

The overall experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. First, the price was right. Compared to similar hotels, the value for money was outstanding. It felt comfortable and comfortable, making it a truly excellent value.

Second, the hotel's ambiance was a real plus. From the lobby to the corridors and guest rooms, the design exudes cleanliness and thoughtful attention. The greenery and soft lighting create a relaxing atmosphere upon entering. The public areas are spacious and bright, with fresh air and no stuffiness or odors, which is rare for a hotel of this type. The rooms were equally satisfying, with simple and elegant decor and thoughtful attention to detail. For example, the bedding was clean and soft, and the pillows were the perfect height for a comfortable sleep. Cleanliness was also reassuring: the floors, bathrooms, and countertops were spotlessly clean, with no dust or water stains to be found.

Furthermore, the hotel's quiet atmosphere is also worth mentioning. Despite being near the city, the soundproofing is excellent, making it virtually inaudible to outside noise, allowing for a peaceful rest. This is particularly important for business travelers or families. The hotel's security is also well-established, with surveillance cameras everywhere in public areas and orderly access control, providing a sense of security.

Perfect place to relax and retreat

It's very clean, the interior of the room is antique, and the breakfast is above average. It's good for a walk or drive before or after a meal or before or after going out, and it's quiet and cozy, so I totally recommend it^^

We enjoyed our stay. The service in every area was doing their best. The breakfast was with many choices mainly continental ones but also including boiled soybeans and fried bacon and sausages. We did not try the dinner but did try the tortilla served by the Bistro. It was delicious! We walked our dog in the huge and quiet castle garden, and got the feeling that it was like our private garden! We left our car in the hotel and took the public transportation to visit prague. Bus 159 (plan attached) brought us in 14 min to Letnany to change metro with a frequency of 3-6 min/ shift. Indeed the acoustic damping of the rooms was not so good, which however did not both us. We recommend this hotel!
