Attractive hotel in the centre of Prague on Wenceslas square. National Museum, old town square, Charles bridge and other sights in walking distance from the hotel. Nice rooms, good food and great service.

The room and the entire accommodation are significantly older and smaller than pictured, and it's also very noisy. The floor creaks with every step, we can hear every word from the neighboring rooms, and even people walking by are clearly audible. The bed is small and short. The sink is old and wobbly. The floor is uneven and therefore very dangerous. You have to be extremely careful with every movement and every step.

Unfortunately, some of the reception staff were unhelpful and not solution-oriented.

We asked to change rooms because we didn't receive the room type we booked.

We were simply told that the hotel was fully booked and no other room was available, without being offered an alternative.

We found this disappointing and not very customer-oriented.

Furthermore, the room lacked a coffee and tea maker, even though this was explicitly stated in the description. Overall, the accommodation does not correspond to the hotel and the room we booked, and we do not feel comfortable here at all.

This hotel is by no means a 4-star standard, but rather more like a basic Airbnb. The value for money is therefore very poor. Not recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I specifically booked a castle view room, based on the photos and descriptions provided on the booking platform. However, upon arrival, I quickly realized that the reality was completely different from what was advertised. The room I was given offered no view of the castle whatsoever—the main feature that influenced my choice and justified the price I paid.

The photos shown online are misleading at best and false advertising at worst. It is unacceptable for a hotel to present images that create expectations which cannot possibly be met. The discrepancy between the promotional material and the actual room ruined my experience, as I had been looking forward to enjoying the castle view all along.

This is not a minor detail—it is a fundamental misrepresentation of the product being sold. Guests deserve transparency and honesty, and unfortunately, this hotel failed completely in that regard. I strongly advise anyone considering booking here to be aware that the advertised views may not reflect reality at all.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied, and this stay was a waste of money.

This hotel has a decent location, but it's incredibly dated! On our first day, we were given a first-floor room facing the street. The wood floor was stained black, the door required a key, there was no air conditioning, a mirror faced the bed, and we could hear passersby talking at night. Overall, it was the worst hotel stay on our European trip, and the price wasn't cheap at over 1,700 for two nights. The next day, we arranged for the front desk to change rooms, and we were given a top-floor room. It was slightly better, but the ventilation was quite noisy. Fortunately, Prague is beautiful; this hotel is a real downfall.

Location of the hotel was great it was near the metro easy access to everything and walking distance to the city centre The customer service from staff was great they very polite and helpful the problem we have with the hotel is that we booked at least two month ago for double room when we arrived we were allocated the loft / economy room No amenities/ no view except looking at the building chimney next door / portable aircon unit which was very noisy the website was misleading when I questioned the room we booked they relocated us to building next door which interior looked run down we had climb three stories to get to our room the room itself was updated it was nice but had no aircon we were very disappointed

Don't go 🙅♀️ You'll be miserable.
The only two positives: the location is great, right outside the museum, and the front desk guy is very nice.
The room was terrible. The building is very old. The first room we were assigned was a converted attic with a sloping ceiling that would hit your head. I asked the front desk for a different room, which was still very old, but at least the ceiling was flat. The room looked very different from their promotional pictures. Don't book it.

The room is clean and spacious. The room is high and not oppressive at all. The service staff are friendly and help with luggage.

Stayed one night great location right by Wenceslas Square and the metro. Room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Staff were polite and check-in was easy. Rooftop view was a nice bonus. Would stay again for a quick trip to Prague.

Very well located, small room, very friendly staff.
The only thing they don't tell you is that the parking is for small cars, so if you have a large one, it's quite difficult to park. The guy who helps you park is a genius!
