I was a little bit stressed cause we were early for our reservation but the staff was very kind to let us check in a little early and even gifted us two drinks vouchers. The room was nice and clean, quiet and close to the lift, all things that made for a really nice stay.

We also used the private sauna which was so lovely and a great way to start our travels for our two year wedding anniversary trip.

The staff were so sweet and personable. They engaged in relaxed conversation, noticed details and had some sweets ready for when we checked out.

The only feedback I have is that privacy is very important to me and I would've appreciated it if my room number hadn't been said out loud for others to hear and instead just indicated in front of me.

Otherwise this visit was perfect and we will be returning.

**Amazing Hotel with Great Design and Comfort**

This hotel was fantastic! Everything was very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The extra-comfortable bed was a highlight and made for a great night’s sleep.

The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still in the city center. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at this hotel. I had a comfort room with breakfast included. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. It was very clean and modern. There was a bottle of Prosecco in ice and 2 glasses waiting for me on arrival, as well as still and sparkling water.

Breakfast was available from 7:00-10:30am each day. There was a good selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt. There were some sweet pastries but they were a bit too hard for my liking. There was also hot food including eggs, bacon, beans, sausages as well as some vegetarian options including savoury tarts, potato flan and pizza. Tea, coffee and fruit juices were all available and the staff were really attentive.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was so great for everything we wanted to do, barely got any transport, and the room was lovely! Our room was decorated so nicely and everything was so clean and comfy. The smart TV and Bluetooth speaker were really nice touches! We already want to come back as we love Prague and want to see it in summer! Definitely recommend!
