The hotel itself is good: clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. The daytime staff were polite and professional. However, the entire impression was completely ruined by one night shift employee.

A tall employee wearing a burgundy shirt with a ponytail, Andrey, behaved in a COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and extremely unprofessional manner.

At this hotel, only one key card is issued per room, regardless of the number of guests staying. Since there were two of us, one person had returned the key earlier, and the other was not at the hotel at that moment. When we returned and politely asked to be given a key to our own room, Andrey immediately refused, without even attempting to understand the situation or properly verify our identity.

Instead of handling the matter professionally, he accused us of being drunk simply because each of us had one can of beer. He then began lecturing us about alcohol and stated that drinking in the room was prohibited — despite the fact that alcohol is openly sold at the reception. This contradiction made the situation even more absurd.

When we calmly asked him to apologize for the false accusations, he crossed all boundaries and made a personal insult, mockingly calling me a “virgin” in a humiliating and degrading manner.

This is NOT JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. It is DISRESPECTFUL, HUMILIATING, and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for someone representing a hotel and interacting with guests.

Management should seriously review this employee’s conduct. A front desk administrator is the face and representative of the hotel. Andrey’s behavior created an atmosphere of conflict and pressure instead of hospitality and professionalism.

One such employee can seriously damage the reputation of the entire hotel. This situation requires IMMEDIATE attention.

The hotel is awful! Main problem was food, it was very bad, it tasted very weird and it was raw. You don't have choices, there was only just one dish. The place is very quiet if you like peace, but if you are social person and want to go out, square is too far away and uber is soo expensive, so i would not recomend you to choose this hotel if you want to explore. The rooms aren't so bad, it was comfy, but it was too hot, they don't have air conditioner and the Wi-Fi was very bad too...
