The receptionist welcomes the guests well.
Cleanliness all OK.
Building/room look new / are in good conditions.
Location is not at the center, but there are metro and tram station very close. Nearby big commercial center, many restaurants, including a high-quality Mediterranean restaurant directly at the hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Carol from December 19th to 22nd.
The hotel was fantastic, and the location was also excellent for getting around: the tram stop was a 1-minute walk away.
The staff was fantastic and very friendly.
I wanted to highlight Julia's professionalism and her willingness to help us and listen to our needs.
The rooms were spotless, tidy, and very welcoming.
If we ever return to Prague, we will definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience

Near to O2 universum, relatively far from city center, quite neughbourhood, offer voice of hot food for breakfast

We was there for 2 nights because of the concert in O2 Arena. City centre is reachable approx. 25 minutes by metro. There wasnt fridge in our room.

It was comfortable for the purpose of the business trip, I needed to be near O2 Arena for work. Staff was kind and the room was spacious.

We booked a non-AC room and our stay was comfortable. The bathroom is big, and comes with a tub. There are multiple plug points around the room, so you won't feel any shortage of that. The hotel staff is prompt in their services. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. The hotel is close to tram station (Divaldo Gong). The hotel also provides a luggage store, which really helped us during our trip to Prague. We'll visit again!!! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and experience great service here.

Victoria served us with professionalism and she helped us with our room door issue swiftly and listen to our needs.

The room was welcoming and tidy. The house keeping ladies were friendly.

We will definitely stay here again when return to Prague

In overall, I was very happy with the experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The receptionists were always smiling and answering any questions with a smile on their face. Grace helped me several times and was always great and very helpful.

I gave location a 5 star as it is ideal if you are attending the O2 Universum for an event as I was. But, if you are intending to visit only the city center, it is not at walking distance.
