Just an amazing hotel. I spent 4 days here with great pleasure with my mother and brother. Cleanliness is perfect, very pleasant to the owner. There is a sauna. Thank you, we had a great rest at your place.

We were made to feel very welcome at Penzion Brnenka. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and well equipped. The staff is helpful and the location is within easy reach on foot or by free skibus to Svaty Petr and Medvedin ski lifts. We will definitely be returning to this accommodation next year.

Very friendly owner, cosy family room. A spacious and well-equipped ski storage room. A car or taxi is required to reach the ski slopes.

Great place to stay in Spindleruv Mlyn. Traditional, super clean and cosy, breakfasts are delicious with different cakes every day. And sauna is perfect after a day of skiing.

It seems like a family run hotel, very cozy and nice. The rooms were overall ok, clean but nothing fancy, unfortunately we had only small windows but the view was still nice. The food was also good (we had both dinner and breakfast included). The staff was very kind, because despite not offering washing machine service, they agreed to wash my clothes. Small room and limited menu but a reasonable price in a good location.

Quiet hotel, a good diet, just the room could be better,for example, a wet towel was not possible anywhere dry, žebřinové heating in the bathroom was impossible to turn on. As well as black spots and corners in the bathroom but also on the window could be certainly clean. Jibak weaker wi-fi's gonna and television about two Czech programmes, but for about man to the Next doesn't.

I was here in the summer of 2014, staying for a week with half board. With the room satisfaction price match the quality. Breakfast buffet with slightly above-average selection. I was there only one night and it was amazing , I paid less than in the previous hotel (20 mins from mlyn) I slept very good . they gave us food because they knew we leave early , thank you

Okay I ordered the lemonade and saw the waiter take somebody’s glass that they just returned with the lemonade and just put in more so it would look like new I wouldn’t go here again even though it was nice to visit the device was okay but overall the glasses and the tables are pretty dirty

Very nice and cosy place, good food, not very big portions of meat (on some of the dishes) if someone likes proper protein dishes. Very good local beer named Kocur, which is definitely worth trying. Also, it is quite a strong and good local liquor with pear. Very busy on the weekends.

Visited the restaurant - the food was average, service not very nice or friendly, and though it does have some kind of nostalgia feeling, it also doesn't look good at all.

Our next stop in Spindleruv Mlyn. Classic Czech cuisine with Pilzen and local beer, good food, lovely mouintain place. Only waiting time little longer. We have lunch here schnitzel and fries, blueberry dumplings and pork rost with dumlings. I can recommend.

The shelter located at a hiking trail through peaks of Karkonosze. Very helpful and nice staff. Would be nice to be able to pay with credit card.

We'd been walking for several hours, and hadn't been able to find anywhere to eat on the Polish side of the mountains, so we crossed over to the Czech republic. I’m quite a demanding tourist so… The first impression was moderate. You enter the hallway with a little desk and very friendly lady who checks you in. Budget rooms with 16 sq. meters are a bit small for three incl. luggage and also a bit too "vintage". Kitchen (goulash) was superb. Breakfast was solid with great coffee. Personnel super friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is extraordinary, you can start hiking right from their doorstep.

Everyone praises the breakfasts and the cleanliness of the rooms. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the smell in the room leave much to be desired. The breakfast was average. The pluses were definitely the service, the view from the dining room and the location right next to the tourist trail.

Pleasant ski stay I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended.

Value for money The hotel itself is situated in the woods, away from the buzz of the wannabe rich and famous of the local downtown. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the building is not the newest and you get socialism as the “old chic” here. However, the not so up-to-date interior and exterior are overpowered by spotless cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and breathtaking views...

The view from the room was beautiful and the location worked really well for hiking. There was also a bar open in the evening and a lounge area with TV, table football etc. The breakfast was great and the personnel were really friendly! Only downside was that the room tidiness could be a bit improved (there was some dust under the bed and the condition of the sheets)

Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure

Great location for trecking on Polish-Czech border

Very nice and hospital atmosphere, delicious, Czech beverages such as liquor, bear or hot wine are served there.

When in Krkonose, you have to there for lunch or coffee 'on top of the world'. Hourly buses from Spindleruv Mlyn (1 way 50 CZK). And once up, hike along the Czech-Polish border. Also you can stay there overnight - not super luxurious but more than adequate for a few nights.

Absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, as are the owners. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent. The rooms are tidy, clean, and perfectly adequate. I've rarely stayed in such a lovely hotel. I would gladly return and highly recommend it. Top-notch!

I visited Hotel Panorama after a challenging descent from Kozí hřbetů. Due to the great and communicative gentleman, leading from the original intention of one beer on tap, there were four beers and an excellent fryer at an unbeatable price compared to restaurants in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn. We highly recommend this business to everyone. PS: Goat 11 like horseradish!

The most beautiful views from the rooms, to the Restaurant. The operation, the supply of traditional food. There are a lot of points, also the location on the trail to the hotel luční Bouda/sněžka or upside-down to Spindleruv Mlyn

Everything was fine, except for the breakfast. There wasn't much choice of decent hot food. The tasty salads were sparsely served, like it was a matter of first come, first served.

Great value for money accommodation in the location. We were travelling with an 11 month old and the studio room was ideal for us - spacious enough for a cot and a really big balcony. We were happy. The arrival was not exactly pleasant when we found out that we could not go to the pension. Fortunately, we were saved by a tractor, who took the baht up to the cottage. The guest house is located next to the ski slope, which is prepared in the morning and you can ski well, which is no longer the case in the afternoon. There are good jumpers. This place had its bright and dark moments. The good thing is that it's close to the slope well cooked and friendly staff. The bad thing is that some of the rooms are insurmountable by I mean Room No. 16,17,15. I hope you enjoy it 😉😉

A small, charming guesthouse with a good restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast is very good, offering everything from cheese and cold cuts to sausages or porridge, boiled eggs, muesli, some vegetables and fruit, coffee, milk, spreads, jam, etc. The rooms are small but clean. Cash only, both at the guesthouse and in the restaurant. The free ski bus is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to the slopes...

Great location for wintersportactivities. Pistes are nearby and u can get to the main piste drom Medvedev in a 300m walk. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and there is storage for skies or snowboards and boots. Only downside I can think of is that u must have cash money. The restaurant in pension Alba is a hidden gem in Spindleruv mlyn. Prices are very reasonable and the service is fast and friendly...

Great pension, clean room and bathroom, very warm inside. The staff were very nice and quickly responded to any request. The price was really good. The restaurant is nice, simple yet satisfying breakfast. The place is very close to the skiing slope Harmony, only a few minutes walk, could easily walk with our skiing equipment. The walk to city center however is long (17 minutes).

Absolutely perfect place to stay for holiday. We have been here for summer holiday and had apartment in the lovest floor so we chilled at the terace and had a good time. Breakfast is really good too!
