Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure.

There is a guy outside who will make you pay for parking even if you stop for only a minute . They will not give you the arrival ticket Andale you pay for a full day! 350czk for 5mins!

I don't care how they justify stealing money from people, no one made any mess, there was a police car there , no problem what so ever except for one hotel guest drifting his audi a5 in front of the police, showing off. And I'm the one making a mess? This is absurd, and this kind of absurdity will be found in Poland and the czech republic a lot! BEWARE!

Až na drobnosti, skvělá kuchyně velký výběr z jídla (Al inclusive), příjemná obsluha, zázemí pro děti. Ne moc dobrá čistota bazénu, ale hezké moderní pokoje a spousta sportovního vyžití. Dobré animační programy pro děti.

Restaurant heavily profiting from its location and zero competition. Well, food is above average , accommodation below average, price unreasonably high. But you will still buy that overpriced lunch when there, because there is nowhere to go and after mountain trip with kids you simply need something.

I visited this place together with my friends in August 2016. We just stopped there to eat. Prices are above avarage but service was lower then our expectations. It took about 30 min to get a soup, waiter wasnt really friendly. I would not recommend the restaurant.

Zklamání! Obsluha laksní, pití donesli až po 15ti minutách. Svíčková zdrclá, kachna bez chuti, špagety plavaly v oleji. Budvar vlahej.
Toalety? Tragédie!
Hotel má 4 hvězdičky, ta čtvrtá je menší. Už tohle vás má varovat že jde o něco divného.

Nice suppers and breakfasts for the all-inclusive offer, moderate dinners. Friendly staff, good pool and sauna in the building.
