Very cozy hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast! Totally worth the price. Recommend!

Food is good (except for the cold potatoes), but service is terrible. I'd give -5, but I can't. There wasn't anything that the server got right or in a timely manner.

Restorant review only ... Soup was microweaved with odd taste, Carbonara pasta was OK. Problem was that waiter was drunk/high or something - messed half of the orders. Kofola and strawbery limonade from PET bottles. Stay away from this place...

Quiet hotel, a good diet, just the room could be better,for example, a wet towel was not possible anywhere dry, žebřinové heating in the bathroom was impossible to turn on. As well as black spots and corners in the bathroom but also on the window could be certainly clean. Jibak weaker wi-fi's gonna and television about two Czech programmes, but for about man to the Next doesn't.

I was here in the summer of 2014, staying for a week with half board. With the room satisfaction price match the quality. Breakfast buffet with slightly above-average selection. A three-course dinner were good. The waiter was for my taste a little too chatty but funny :).
In the night someone in the hotel parking lot he crashed his car and took it to the front light. The next morning, I was alerted by the staff and me tonight the owner himself offered compensation, either in cash, or insurance policy. That evening I had the money from the owner of the hand.
By at my hotel very šplhl and remember the good times :)
Once here maybe I'll come back.

Were on 29.12.15 in the Restaurant and eat, have. been waiting for 1 loins,5 hours on a dumpling and a small piece of. Other guests came after us and got their food before. To say, allegedly, just a cook instead of that we have been forgotten. Then what was us to the question of eating the food is served immediately unfriendly with the addition of it is now done!

I was there only one night and it was amazing , I paid less than in the previous hotel (20 mins from mlyn) I slept very good . they gave us food because they knew we leave early , thank you

Waitor in restaurant was pretty rude. At first he was ignoring us, when approached explicitely, he told us to go away cause it is dinner time for guests of the hotel only. Not to mention, that capacity of the restaurant was filled at most 20%. What?

Overall I did not like it, but there are some good things:
- in walking distance to ski lift Hromovka
- the reception stuff was friendly
- the room was ok
The waiter/bartender and the cook should be fired.
The food was simply awful. For dinner, we had a lot of fried oily stuff with potatoes and some of the menus were cooked using the "leftovers" from previous meals. The same eggs from dinner salad were served at the breakfast and the bacon from the breakfast was served in the dinner soup.
The waiter was most of the time drunk, rude and he was unable to remind what drinks we have ordered.
The dining room was never prepared. The people were missing all the time coffee/tea cups, milk and plates and the waiter was very annoyed by the customers asking for those things. It seemed like he was trying to tell us politely to get the f out of there.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
