This hotel is one of the oldest of the hotel complex Bristol Group. The hotel is decorated in neo-Renaissance style, offers clean, equipped rooms and good service. The friendly staff will make every effort for your comfortable stay.

Location: in the centre of the resort, 120 km from Prague airport, on Garden street, near the colonnade.

Medical specialization hotel: Oncology diseases, diseases of the circulatory system, diseases of the digestive tract, metabolic disorders, respiratory disease, neurological disease, impaired locomotor apparatus, diseases of kidneys and urinary ways, skin diseases, obesity and overweight, postoperative and post-traumatic conditions and convalescence.
The cost includes the classical treatment (FBT): initial medical examination, the purpose of a drinking course, doctor's check-up (depending on the condition of the patient, at least 1 time per week), laboratory tests, ECG with description, maximum 17 procedures per week (6 days) according to the order of a physician, final medical examination, the conclusion of the treatment.
A list of the main healing and wellness procedures are provided by the hotel: classical and reflex massages, underwater massages, baths in water from a source (with air bubbles and carbonic acid gas), power shower, Hydroxer, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, pneumopuncture, instrumental lymph drainage, inhalations, dental irrigation, vasotrain, hydrojet, parafango, mud baths, dry carbonic baths, whirlpool baths, peat compresses and streams, the biochemical and hematological examination, endoscopic examination.

I called reception to ask for a bottle opener and they literally hung up on me after saying I should “come and pick it up myself.” No attempt to help, no courtesy, nothing. For a hotel that advertises good service, this level of rudeness is unacceptable. If the staff cannot handle even the simplest request politely, there is no reason to stay here again.
The only reason i took one start away by thr rooms is because the decoration is a bit very old school (70's), but they are really comfortable with all you need. (Ok, no boiler for water and a quick coffee).
Great hotel and great service!!
Very good location and infrastructure. Me and my wife were happy with the swimming pool and spa zone (Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna). Also we liked a room and safe access to the hotel with cards, and cleanness. Very good soundproofing.
Weaknesses.
A rather poor buffet breakfasts. Lack of greeting sparkling water in the room (this is a spa & health resort!!!). We chose this hotel to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We have notified the hotel of this. Perhaps we forgot that in European hotels, with the exception of Cyprus, Turkey and Ukraine, any celebration does not involve any compliment (rose petals, cakes, bottle of sparkling wine, etc.). We were also a little surprised by the payment for parking, although we understand that this is a normal European practice. As a hotel expert with 25 years of experience, I would like to note that the hotel should work on such a concept as welcoming.
The hotel building is gorgeous, the rooms are nice. Overall, the hotel is nicely equipped. Staff at the reception very helpful.
But the overall impression is very spoiled by the restaurant. Only 2 coffee / tea vending machines for breakfast. So you always wait 15 minutes :-(
The waitress brought us to the table at dinner and then no one came for 20 minutes (so we had to go somewhere else for dinner, or we would still be sitting there :-(
