Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly

The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working. However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention

Good price and inner appearance, I felt comfortable inside! However, saunas temperature were generaly low (50-70 Celsius degree in the fnnish sauna), except the steam sauna, where hot steam went only to up, while feet felt cold

Very nice located, clean and good kitchen. If you wanna get relaxed I can recommend. Some SPA and Wellness facilities were not operating in the morning.

Those who like sports and enjoy the fresh air can go to the colonnade during the day and tjen (or before) take jogging into the surrounding forests in the morning or evening, play golf or swim and enjoy the sauna on resort

Totally recommended!! The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy

Overall great stay The location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit and have coffee. Breakfast was not very good, and housekeeping skipped our room one of the days.

Great service from the reception to the hotel restaurant, the restaurant manager brought us delicious breakfast to our room on request. Nice and clean room, private spa, pets are allowed. We will definitely come back.

I’d like to thank Denisa.. she is a lovely and kindness receptionist. The breakfast is good too! The only recommendation is improving the potency of the heaters. They are so weak and sometimes it seems like being off.

The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March)

The breakfast had a good selection, and everything was delicious. And the view from the window on the 4th floor was of an abandoned building

The way our needs were taken care of was just legendary and we are sharing this experience with all our friends and family, making them jealous and sure that they will book this hotel if they ever go to Karlovy Vary

Tasty food big portions,good service. Prices are a bit higher than in some other restaurants. Centrally located, just next to the river. Unfortunately it was a windy and rainy day

Parking costs an extra €20 per day (24/7 guarded!), but all in all, the price and value for money are very good. We will definitely come back to this hotel

The food selection was great! Rich, varied, and delicious options at both the restaurant and the pub. The surrounding nature in the mountains is breathtaking, calm, green, and so relaxing

And the facilities made the experience complete: the swimming pool and sauna were great after a day of exploring or just doing nothing at all. This place is great for resting and recharging

Honestly it felt more like home cooked food than something you'd get in a hotel. Yea don't expect Egypt type of "butt kissing" but hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Helped us with all our inquiries

Tucked a way but 3-5 min walk to everything. It barely worked when I tried it a few different times and didn't work in the room at all. Luckily my phone signal was VERY strong so I didn't really mind

Coffee is only available during breakfast or you can purchase it after 4pm at the bar. You could get tea for lunch though. Plenty of coffee shops within 5 minute walk. Issues with wet sauna not turning on

5 stars but since that wasn't possible I'm more leaning towards 5 than a 4. Absolute cleanliness everywhere: rooms, hallways, pools, cafe, etc. I don't think I've ever seen a hotel this clean

Large, great showers with great water pressure, large windows. Over our week long stay we had chicken, beef, turkey, pork, chicken liver, deer, fish, duck. Multiple daily protein choices. Sides were really good as well

Only downside is a distance to the spa center - about 15 minute walk, but this is not a big deal (at least for us). During the walk, you get to observe the city from a small hill, so you get another perspective as well!

The pension is located on the quiet part of KV, however the road is noisy a bit (bus stop in the nearby). The room was spacey, clean and well_equipped for a short stay

Good size locked parking and ski storage. Only we always take our extra king size duvet, because everywhere two singles. If you travel by car then Klinovec mountains 15 min away

I didn't stay there actually, but my friend did and I went there to rent bicycles, the host there is just an amazing person and you feel very homish there instantly! I would mos def consider staying there in the future for how the host was helpful! Totally recommended

It was very nice here, the owner was very pleasant, helpful and helpful, some may mind the heavy traffic from the road to Prague. A short distance to the center, even on bikes. Otherwise, a great vacation.
