We have stayed at several orea hotels in cz and this was the worst one unfortunately.
We were told we cannot park at the hotel although we saw others parking and from the communication we understood we were ok.
We were told to park on arrival at a supermarket over 1km away. First night we parked nearby and paid premium after driving sround for another 45mins. Then at supermarket when we found it next day but its quiet a distance.
Facilities are underwhelming, the treatments are booked up and low tier for the ones we had. Pool is very small.
The room is mid and bare minimum.
The food was good although the staff seemed overworked and low enthusiasm.
They had very expensive water and there was none in the room available on arrival, the whole thing felt cheap and designed to overcharge for basics like water.
The meals that we had were good expecially the evening meal.
The cage we felt as english speakers not welcome. The bar manager in particular was rude with 0 patience when trying to order for a child.

Very disappointing
Unable to resolve issues via outreach to management even with several emails. Zero customer service.
This hotel is very low-end, uncomfortable lumpy old beds, parking is a 12 minute walk away in the snow, rooms are dated and smell.
The rooms are noisy too and the furniture is old and dirty
Robes and towels are not suitable for humans, very old, dry and scratchy.
Sent shirts out for press, returned a mess, buttoned incorrectly and with wrinkles. Motel refused to allow guest to have an iron.
TV was not plugged in?
Be careful as the door opens right into the toilet, easy to get knee smashed
NO wonder there is a no cancellation policy, surely protects the motel (not qualified to be anything more than), when everything is lacking

It is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.

We spent a few days here as a retreat. Clean rooms, older equipment, but not obsolete. It was cozy.
Food was very good, rich breakfasts and nice buffet for dinner. The procedures were professionally done. The pool was full in the late afternoon, but during the day it was ok. Sauna was open only from 4 pm.
If you are not a good driver, be carefull in the parking, the parking spots are very narrow.
The city itself is lovely in the winter, we had luck and it was snowy. So we could ski too.
Overall nice few days, I feel rested :).

Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice.

We spent amazing time here!
I had a special request for the room with a bath tube far from the elevator and we got it. Also, we could accommodate a little bit earlier and check out a little bit later.
There was a delicious, tasty dinner with a big variety of dishes and desserts. It tasted wonderful and we asked to say to the chief how much we were delighted with a food!
The same with breakfast - great choice of tasty food.
The personal was friendly and helpful.
Everything was excellent and not for the first time... it's our second stay in this hotel.

Clean and nice location however spa facilities was smaller then expected. There wasn’t any water inside of room and they didn’t include water in the dinner service.

Would not recommend, poor attitude. Stopped by to book some treatments, but the lady who sells them apparently doesn’t show up until 10:30. We came back around lunchtime and her greeting was “what do you want?” Once she learned we’re not staying at the hotel she got obnoxiously rude and waved us away, and told us the treatments are for hotel guests only. Mind you, they have those flyers with prices / services everywhere. Ended up booking elsewhere. Wir wollten uns mehrere Kuranwendungen buchen im 2. Stock. Die dame war so unangenehm allein mit der begruessung “was wollen sie?” Sie schaute gelangweilt aus, um es mild auszudruecken. Wir haben unser geld woanders ausgegeben.

A glorified nursing home. The pool was quite nice at this time of the year and not so crowded but we had an unfortunate experience (hopefully a miscommunication) at the spa reception, where the lady working there told us “there is too many young people and everything is full” when trying to book some massages for three days ahead.
We didn’t receive cleaning service on the first day so we gently asked at the reception what do we have to do to get it the next day and the receptionist sent the maid the next day at 9 a.m. when we were still in the room (my husband half naked) to walk around and clean. I feel like this could be handled more elegantly. We enjoyed the variety of food for breakfast and dinner and the cafe inside the hotel was a nice bonus as well.

The website states that dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, but we had to go there already at 5:30 PM.
The first evening there were 5 people at dinner, but we still had to sit at the table (in an empty restaurant) with other guests. There was no talk of this with the waiter at all, he made it clear that we were annoying him a lot.
After dinner the restaurant was closed, there was no minibar in the room (the fridge was empty), so we went to another hotel for coffee and a drink.

Nice Spa Hotel in Marianske Lazne. Been traveling alot in Czech republic. Must say, that this hotel really was a hitten gem for the price. Staff really nice and professional. If you want to experiance a real Czech Spa holliday, I recommend this Hotel.

We were there just for 2 nights and 3 days, kind of a long weekend.
In general everything was fine.
Staff is very nice and friendly, but mostly speaks only German, no English...
Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, I guess the maids never checks the curtains in the rooms coz they do their job in the first part of the day. Our curtains were horrible, it's not so much visible from the photos but in reality it was much worse.
Breakfast was okeysh.... not bad but cannot say good as well... very small variety.
Dinner was better.
You cannot sit where you want in the restaurant during breakfast. Even when magority already had breakfast, you sit where they will let you, even if there is empty tables you would sit with some family/strange people...
For dinner you have also a specific table with other people.
