Filling out the form about one's medical condition seemed rather formality. Personal didn't even took a second to look over it.
Lack of signs where to find what. Felt at times in need of a map to find everything.
Restaurant personal and reception, however, was really kind, helpful.
However, I need to praise the staff, and the spa service kind ladies, who were true professionals. I really enjoyed the massage services, which were available in affordable prices.
Dining at this hotel was a very weak spot.
I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. In this locality, 4 * are basically at a higher level, we have tried this in life.
The staff is pleasant and attentive. The rooms are cleaned every day. Very clean.
The hotel is not 4stars, not to pull. The furniture is old. All kind of miserable. Although the hotel is not cheap.
