Rooms are outdated, breakfast was a bit low (cold eggs etc). Getting an parking lot seems to be gambling.

I feel like I've gone back in time. And not in a good way. The hotel was apparently renovated sometime in the 1990s and hasn't been touched since. The mattress I slept on was soft and sagging, the wardrobe was old white, a bit worn. I felt like I was in an old hospital room. They promised me the elegance of a spa town, but instead I didn't even wash my hair, because there's no hairdryer to borrow and you can only plug a razor into the socket in the bathroom.

"Rich breakfast buffet" means a choice of basic muesli, a roll, bread, sliced ​​cheese, ham and salami, and hard-boiled eggs. To be fair, there was also some jam. They probably hadn't heard of vegetables for breakfast. Or maybe they were just eaten because no one was refilling the buffet. The coffee tasted like sour Melta.

The price included a voucher for coffee and dessert, which I rather regretted after the breakfast experience. In addition, there was no choice of cappuccino, only espresso, lungo or Turkish coffee. I would rather pay for coffee at the colonnade.

What must be left is that they have helpful staff. I take medication that must be in the fridge, so they put a mini fridge in our room. Although they did not forget to mention that you normally have to pay for it, they condescendingly gave it to me for free if it was for medication. But I appreciate that facility. Even the night shift at the reception tried to be nice, but when you arrive and they give you a fixed time when you have to have a massage and you can't arrange another time due to the language barrier, it's difficult. We skipped the procedures because we wanted to do a full-day trip and not come back at 12 for a massage. Moreover, after breakfast and a tour of the colonnade, we went home anyway, because we didn't want to spend a second night in a place where we felt bad.

We got the stay as a gift, but if I were to get it again, I would rather let the voucher lapse than go here again. I give two stars for the willingness and superficial cleanliness. There was dust in the closet and cobwebs and dirt behind the bed. However, at first glance it looked clean. Otherwise it would have been one, because I never give zero.

I would never choose this hotel again. It is not possible to use a hair dryer in the rooms, the only one allowed is a razor for men, otherwise the unpleasant lady receptionist (Mrs. blonde for a short time) came to us as a small stench, on the contrary the second shift (older lady with auburn hair) was very pleasant and willing. We would rather not comment on the wellness.
