Greetings to all readers!
My family and I stayed at the hotel from December 21, 2025, to December 28, 2025, on a therapeutic program.
Positives:
1. Excellent location, quiet near the forest, but also close to the colonnade.
2. Cozy hotel, small, almost homey.
3. Helpful, pleasant staff.
Especially the medical staff, Yulia and Nikolai, and the massage therapist, Natalia. The doctor was very pleasant! Nurse Igor, unfortunately, was unfriendly. Yana, with her humor and friendliness, was in the restaurant.
4. The food was generally delicious (but not always, which is a negative).
5. You could always borrow a thermos of hot water from reception and make tea in your room.
Negatives:
1. The elevator was very slow, and there was only one, and it only served three people. 2. The carpets are dirty; a vacuum cleaner won't do the trick.
3. Coffee is only available in the morning. People, not just us, want coffee at other times. Consider adding a coffee machine or adding it to your hotel room price, but make sure coffee is always available.
4. The menu isn't very varied. Most of the baked goods were store-bought, not homemade. What they baked themselves was delicious.
5. The dish descriptions sometimes didn't specify the specific type of meat or the presence of another type of meat, specifically pork. For example, the description listed rabbit, but pork speck was visible inside. Or it simply said "assorted meat roll" (it could have been anything).
6. Our room had a small, triangle-shaped (corner) shower stall. Not suitable for those with large bodies or mobility issues (it's best to ask before booking).
Additional information:
Our first dinner was on December 21, 2025, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The person working that shift didn't cook the food well. The potatoes were undercooked, the fish had a strange aftertaste, etc. I assume this wasn't the chef's fault, as he was likely off duty. The food from Monday onwards was delicious.
The medical procedures were fine, but they were more for relaxation and cosmetic purposes than for serious treatment.
I have written my review as objectively as possible and solely to give interested people an idea of this hotel.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is LUXURY - There is a nice fireplace ... you will remember the lighting - that you do not have such a home 😂👍

Very convenient location, near the party Committee at the same time close to the sources. Friendly staff, cozy rooms. And bathrobes and Slippers. For lunch and dinner complimentary tea.

This hotel is awesome! Services and many medical procedures - swimming pool, baths, mud, massages, paraffin, Solarium, inhalations, gas injections in the back and gas baths. Linen is changed constantly and everything is always clean. Restaurant with a variety of dishes - perfectly cooked meat and fish, lots of fruits and veggies!

Great location and service!
The longer time for kids in the swimming pool, at least additional 30’ would make kids with their parents more happy!
More hooks for towers in bathroom & pool area - maybe as idea :)

Friendly staff, good quality breakfast/dinner buffet (incl. a paper bag to take away breakfast snacks - awesome!), comfortable beds and generally clean hotel. Pool and sauna are of modest size. Their attention to kids with dedicated programs and playing spaces is a big plus!
The room furniture is a bit outdated, carpets worn out. If booking lunches ahead of the reservation, it usually means your last lunch is on check-out day but the system does not recognize it - awakward situation for us. The quality of the lunch meals was inferior to breakfast/dinner, often reutilizing food to avoid leftovers (ok, I understand the concept but won't buy lunch again).

When you're used to the other OREA hotels, this one's simply a big disappointment. The rooms are old, poorly equipped and uncomfortable (it's manageable, but you simply expect more). Same thing with breakfasts and dinners, you expect nice modern selection, but instead you get boring old fashioned cuisine. It's obvious the hotel is probably catering to the different visitors - mostly older foreigners. Service is super nice as always, but they don't really have much to show off here. The whole place just lacks any charm, or simply anything 'more'. The spa pool is very nice though, though super small. There even wasn't any body lotion at the room.

A wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and leaves a very pleasant impression. The food quality is decent, although it could be improved a little. Overall, I was very pleased with everything. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel.

Fantastic! The best place for families with kids :-). Great lication,great food, fantastic and helpfull stuff. Ela the animator should be an actress! ;-) I fully recomend this hotel. If you travel without kids Orea hotel Bohemia.
