the room was cozy and had a lovely forest view from our 2nd floor balcony. The staff made us feel welcome and everyone seemed genuinelly happy to help, I was so grateful for the recommendation of dinner-matching wine they recommended me, the dessert wine the waiter picked has since become my favourite! The Czech food was great but I didn't expect to taste Croatian delicacies as well, the hotel had a "Balkaneros" Croatian food buffet on the Friday which I will be coming back for (and the prosciutto was really something!)

Visited Schlosshotel 2nd time now, the staff are as kind as ever but the food, which used to be great, has not only improved but now includes two different cuisines: Czech and Croatian - grill based options, Balkaneros at Schlosshotel exceeded every expectation. There were also plenty healthy food options such as delicious grilled vegetables and wild white fish, as well as delicious looking freshly made pancakes for my partner to indulge in! :)

Clean and quit Hotel a little further from the center of city Marianské Lazně. But local Bus station is just by the hotel... Nice garden restaurant. Wellness proogram is offered also...
Very very good breakfest and food service in restaurant.
Pleasant and helpful service in reception and also in restaurant.
Hotel parking is paid, but also for bicycles :-(

We came to this hotel as we had to submit our broken car to the nearby garage. Luckily they had a free room but ready only after 2pm, but they offered storage for our luggage and stay in their terrace... Very friendly staff, amazing food and the room is also cute in castle/ old theme. Some people could find it out of date but everything is operational.
Thank you guys for your hospitality and we will be back ❤️

Schlosshotel Marienbad is located at 3.2km distance of Mariánské Lázně railway station. Established in 1993, the hotel offers 30 rooms over 3 floors. The restaurant offering unimpressive Croatian & Czech food. The internet presentation is embellished. Wellness is nonexistent. The balneotherapy in the basement is modest. Good Wi-Fi. Service is friendly and helpful. The trolleybus frequency is 30 minutes in weekdays and once per hour in weekends. Very few bus connections in the evening. Our adequately furnished & decorated room had: coffee table & 2 chairs, 2 wardrobes, fridge, TV, tiny balcony with chairs, an OK double bed. We had a small bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower. All was clean. Walls are thin, you hear the neighbours. An adequate buffet breakfast is served: fried & scrambled eggs, rolls & bread, cold-cuts & cheese, soft boiled eggs made to order, butter & marmalade, juices, yoghurt, tea & coffee. Schlosshotel Marienbad is a basic hotel and OK for a short stay. Practical when you have a car.

Local is ok. Rooms are a little bit old fashion.
Service Persons were freindly and good.
Breakfast ist good for this price range!

We were rebooked to a different room without notice and our knowledge, and then billed for our original booking. Furthermore although the bed was clean the bathroom was fairly smelly, and mouldy, due to a lack of ventilation. We also had to ask for towels, but these were provided at short notice.
