What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.

Everything was simply wonderful! A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for their hospitality. Everything was spotlessly clean; I've never felt so cozy in any space. Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again.

Nice cosy hotel, great location by train station and shops. The rooms are nice and stylish but due to a lack of curtains I had a terrible sleep. The room was right by street lights which shone into the room all night.

The room is clean enough and a little bit small but there is enough space to spend to chill after long sightseeing. The wall is thin so we can listen to the noise from other rooms. There are not so many amenities, even no fridge and kettle. But there is free water in the lobby, and you can also order paid drinks there.

Problems with water and electricity in this hotel.  Location is ancient and they did a good job renovating it. But when things get complicated they send out their junior people.  Never saw a manager during the electricity crisis.  Roughly 10 hrs no power in the entire hotel.

Top choice in Aalborg, often with good discounts. The staff is among the kindest I’ve come across in Denmark. The rooms are spacious and with many amenities. The gym is modern and maintained, whilst the breakfast is top shelf as Danish hotel breakfasts go. After five stays here I’m pretty sure my sixth hotel stay in Aalborg will once again be at Pier 5. The location is a bit dull.

Great location, clean and very convenient to walk around the city however you need to have your cellphone roaming there as the hotel just text you the code to open the door, there is no tissue box or a kettle or anything just a bed with pillow and blanket.

A beautiful hotel with the perfect location! 2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card. We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

This is my second time staying here, and I'm just as satisfied with the hotel's location and service as before. I especially appreciate the well-equipped rooms, complete with coffee and tea. The hotel was perfect with all amenities including morning coffees, wine hours and shot moments to enjoy on the house. We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotels central location and friendly, helpful, and engaging staff. We would have appreciated a sofa in the room in order to sit together. We also felt the wine and nightcap hours we a great idea and an opportunity to meet tother guests - one to continue!

The room was spotlessly clean, staff were verity friendly. However, the beds were so uncomfortable that we probably need physio therapy for a month to straighten out all the aches and pains.

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros. They don’t do complimentary bag storage, they have storage lockers in the basement which you have to pay for. This can add up in costs. We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. This is a VERY basic hotel, rooms are pretty bare, no fridge, no after shower feet towel. The rooms need a deep clean and an upgrade. Location is pretty good, close to everything, but that is true to most hotels, Copenhagen is small after all. The rooms on level 6 have height restrictions leaving a large portion of the room virtually unusable. Nice hotel located in a very nice central location. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom needed a bit TLC in terms of decoration but spotless clean other than that. Mattresses were not great either, but it seems to me like a common trend in Scandinavian hotels.
