Very Nice place with cozy env. Convinient location but with little bit noise sound from the train but thats fine for me

Clean room, very central hotel and close to the train station and metro.

Nearby city center and main attractions( including the football stadium). Maybe improvement can be made on the shower (water doesn’t go through smoothly) and the plug socket on right side of the bed isn’t easy to plug in

Fantastic location - communication options are great. The place is neat, with very thoughtful and lovely design of the common areas, rooms are spacy enough, the staff is very friendly and helpful

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros

Additionally, there was no phone in the room to call for assistance. A bit more attention to these details would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience, whether for service or sustainability reasons

The hotel also has a partnership with a nearby parking garage, which is convenient and secure. While parking is on the pricey side, this is understandable given the prime location

One area for improvement would be the in-room amenities. Although a coffee machine was provided, the coffee pods supplied were of a different size and therefore unusable

Umbrellas are not complementary and you have to pay per use unlike a regular hotel which may charge if not returned

We loved our stay at Ibsens. The hotel was super clean, staff were friendly and helpful and wow - the breakfast was amazing! It was also so convenient for the metro to the airport and exploring Copenhagen!

Great rooms, great staff, great location (very close to Norreport). The people at the front desk were so nice the entire time, helped me with whatever they could. recommend this place 10/10!! Great find

Could not recommend enough! Such a beautiful hotel, our room was small but so warm and cosy in the -4°c weather. Bed was comfy, shower was great and the loveliest place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing

No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered

Staff were so helpful and friendly, and cosy hour (5-6pm, where every guest is given a drink on the house) is the best invention ever! We didn’t have breakfast here but the pastries looked delish

The room is quite large for a European hotel! Very stylish! The breakfast is good! The lobby and restaurant have high-end colors.

I used to think that booking a hotel abroad must be cheaper, but in actual comparison, I still chose Jiaocheng (I booked eight hotels on this trip to Northern Europe, and Jiaocheng was more competitive in terms of price)

The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastic when checking in, which made people feel very comfortable. It rained on the second day of our stay, and the hotel front desk provided us with two umbrellas

It's conveniently located near the airport. The gym is clean and uncluttered. The pool is still under construction, which is a shame

Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything! Even though it's super close to the airport, the rooms are incredibly quiet! Not a peep of noise! The breakfast spread is amazing! Lots of delicious breads and pastries! And a great variety of sausages too!!!

Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes

There is a flight departure schedule screen in Lobby and 2mins walking distance to airport. Very convenience.

Completely in the city center, parking is inconvenient (park in a nearby mall, register the license plate number at the hotel front desk, tell the front desk when checking out, and they will put the parking fee into the party fee so that you can drive the car out of the parking lot)

Breakfast was varied and nutritious beyond all our expectations. The negatives: The TV of those next to us or above us was very audible in our room in the evening and the shower and toilet there is barely room for one

The rooms were clean, not cleaned unnecessarily, but they came and cleaned it when we asked. five minutes on departure, the payment was made in a few minutes. Our room overlooked a wonderful park

Public transportation is more suitable for business travelers. The breakfast is very rich and delicious

Best you can get for your money! Clean, simpel, modern interior. Ironing in the accessible toilet downstairs is strange. Breakfast is good but expensive.

Basic, functional hotel. A bit strange that they have no A/C, but there is a small table fan, was find during winter, wonder how it works during summer.

Hotel attached to a mall. Basic rooms. Could be better lit and some more amenities like kettle for water would be welcome. Ample parking so that's a big plus.

The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, the hotel is in a good location, the transportation is convenient, there is an Asian restaurant and a supermarket downstairs, McDonald's is opposite, and there is a Burger King not far away

The location is good, connected to the shopping center, there is a supermarket, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and there is a Turkish restaurant opposite

After making four or five calls, we finally found a Chinese restaurant, which was delivered in half an hour and paid in cash; - The hotel has a small pool and sauna, which is quite rare; - The whole hotel is a renovation of an old house

The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative

Fancy accommodation built in a wonderful historical building. The swimming pool area is amazing, very well serviced. That's what I appreciated the most.

- The hotel has a yard with free parking, which is convenient for parking when traveling with friends by car; - We arrived at around 19:00 on Sunday night, hungry and tired, and were a little depressed to find that the hotel did not have dinner on Sunday

The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property

The service staff are very polite and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The surroundings are very quiet and just a stone's throw away from the New Harbor and the canal

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The only thing I had to complain about was their sink; it was way too small, making brushing teeth and washing my face very inconvenient

Touristic Copenhagen is not very big, so you can walk to all touristic areas under half an hour. Breakfast was excellent, a decent selection of food was available. Staff was helpful and accomodating

Hotel rooms in Northern Europe are not big, but fortunately the daily breakfast is okay. Barely staying for one night. But the service is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and friendly!

After lunch, we return to the hotel to rest and wait for the airport, and they continue to provide free tea; The location is very good, very close to the seaside and the city center within walking distance; the breakfast is also quite rich;

The hotel service is so considerate. We have arranged a meeting at the hotel at ten o'clock in the morning, and we can also get free tea, coffee, snacks, fruits, etc

one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.   My only one slightly unsmiley face. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some

Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such

it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.   The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable

The only thing that didn’t make this a 5 was the soundproofing - we were awoken each morning by a child screaming next door. But overall we really enjoyed ourselves and our time at this hotel

The shower was great (shower curtain was fine!) and the provided toiletries were excellent quality and included conditioner too. Free wine hours a couple of times a week were a nice touch

There are lots of restaurants close by and main shopping and restaurant streets are a short walk (10 minutes) away. Very close to the main train station, easy to get around

Hotel was located very close to the main station. Easy to access transport options around the city. 9.30am breakfast close on a weekday was too early for us.

I have to admit for the amount I paid, I would have gotten a much luxurious larger room in Malaysia,but,where's the fun then?! Though I was in a room meant for 3 people,it felt really small but cozy

Cabin Express is a reasonable low cost hotel close to the centre of Copenhagen. The rooms are simple but very good. The services available are very good and adequate.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist and location wise was excellent as in Tivoli was like 30 minutes walk away(if you enjoy walking of course)

Security wise was decent and generally things in Copenhagen are expensive,so you got to go with the flow,hence, do not expect too much!

Stayed at Airport Hotel Billund for one night before an early flight and it was a great choice. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers

The hotel rooms are clean though the kettle for hot water was a bit. but anyway all in all a very good hotel. Also, the staff were absolutely amazing, and helped to call for taxis when needed!

It's so close, right opposite the departure center. It only takes 5 minutes from leaving the hotel to checking in! There is a bar on the first floor where you can have a drink

This is literally one minute by walk from the airport terminal, and one minute from the Aalborg Airport railway station with 15-minute access to downtown Aalborg

Room was small but impeccable with everything you need. Great that they offet complimentary coffee at the lobby / living room area. Coming back late on a rainy day and having the chance to enjoy a coffee is a plus

Had really good food at MASH and enjoyed a very nice and versatile breakfast buffet and all in all had a wonderful stay with incredibly good service from everyone who served the reception during the stay

Location in the centre of Copenhagen, just a few hundred metres from Copenhagen center station, easy access to many restaurants and convenience shops, 7-11 is just opposite of this hostel

We noticed the room could feel a bit stuffy with the windows closed, so we tried to keep them open as much as possible. The downside was that the street noise from people and cars at night sometimes disturbed our sleep

The shared bathrooms were also a pleasant surprise — each toilet and shower had its own private cubicle, which felt much more comfortable and well-designed compared to typical hostel setups

I can’t imagine a better location for a stay in Copenhagen. Being right next to the main train station made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient

Pretty good stopover, the lift was quirky and the staff service response was brisk.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, there is liquid soap, a hair dryer, there is a spacious kitchen, kitchen equipment, oven, microwave, refrigerator, complete, lots of parking, very clean

The room was fine, but not the best. There was some broken things at the WC and shower, sad to see that the water pressure was low. Confused a bit, but yeah

But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having staff on site

Rooms for the most part were pretty good for what they were. The space between them was a large suitcase flipped opened horizontally if sitting on aode of bed. Would NOT be able to open it vertically
