Completely in the city center, parking is inconvenient (park in a nearby mall, register the license plate number at the hotel front desk, tell the front desk when checking out, and they will put the parking fee into the party fee so that you can drive the car out of the parking lot). Public transportation is more suitable for business travelers. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.

The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station, which is the first choice if you have a lot of luggage. It is only a 100-meter walk away from the train. The breakfast is rich and has many options. The rooms are small, and the big ones are quite big. You can choose according to your needs.

The view outside the room is very nice and very comfortable. The hotel's service is very good. I put my luggage on the basement floor before leaving. The luggage card was given by the front desk~~~ It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel. Recommended to stay.

I booked a single room. The room was a bit mini and the bathroom was indeed a bit small. However, the service was very good and the breakfast was also very good. Overall prices in Denmark are very high. The price-performance ratio of walking for two minutes from the train station is still good.

We were disappointed because half of the hotel was in renovation and our room was with an old carpet instead hardwoodfloor (like in the pictures). We were not notified about any of that beforehand. Other than that a great hotel in a great surrounding.

All round a great hotel for a city break. The shower in the bathroom makes a bit of a mess but overall, still a great place.

I had no clue that I had booked a hotel in a ghetto neighbourhood until I arrived.

Nicely presented hotel and lobby, however, room was quite basic. Nice dinning facility, booking APP suggested that restaurant was always quite full, however, restaurant itself did not seem busy.

Pleasant stay Hotel is ideally situated for city centre and train station. Single room was ideal and not so cramped as some budget hotels. Breakfast was good with a fair selection.

It is ok for 1 night sleepover, the wall super thin, the corridor door slam loudly waking people at night. Don't expect much. Location is beside small mall.

I booked the room to take a short nap during transit, but I couldn’t sleep at all because one of my roommates was snoring the whole night. Also, they didn’t provide anything, you have to buy or rent the things you need from the hotel. The staff were nice, friendly, and caring. They read my notes before I checked in.

Wonderful, classically designed hotel with the oldest working elevator in northern Europe. I felt like I was in a Bond movie. Breakfast served in the Queen’s Garden is exceptional, underneath a beautiful chandelier. Excellent touches with homemade jams, nut butters, and a variety of juices. Extremely comfortable bed. The room is not very accommodating and the shower space is super tiny, we had to use all our towels to dry the bathroom floor after taking shower every single time. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has a great location.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in Denmark. It's a 10-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Good location, but room was a little shabby and the shower was just a drain with a shower curtain around it. Breakfast was good but the attendant stared at me the whole time thinking I was going to steal food or something while I was preparing a sandwich for my husband who was on his way down - very off putting!

Room was a little small, could of done with more of clean with bits on the carpet. Shower was very small as well in the bathroom and the shower itself was poor, low volume of water coming through. Breakfast choices good. Gets quite busy at weekends but staff manage well. Keep on top of cleaning everything. We had a room over the front door and very very noisy from the street one night with bins or lorries. The rooms facing courtyard might be quieter. Very convenient locations. Cosy hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit better...sink didn't really drain at all and no way to control temperature...

We're generally satisfied, but the room is far too small. Having to pay extra for towels feels a bit unreasonable. The internet is quite slow, and the bed is narrow. It's made of two single beds pushed together, but with two separate mattresses. My spouse and I didn't sleep well because the gap between the two mattresses was very disruptive.

A room in this hostel is maximally un-cozy. If you do NOT want to feel like at home, you are welcome to book it. The problem is the lights - they just destroy the whole atmosphere. Just cold light, bad visibility. You dont feel cozy in this room.  The kitchen in this hostel is just terrible - looks like it was made like this on purpose so that people wouldn't use it.  I've been in different hostels...

The hostel is lively and composed of multiple room types of your choices. It has a bar and shared kitchen area, where you can do groceries in the nearby supermarket and cook since dine-out expenses are quite high in copenhagen! The place was lively and had lots of guests - if you love networking and meeting new people, I’d recommend this hostel! The place is located in norrebro, close to metro stations...

When the owner of a motel think he can call its property a four stars hotel and charge even more than a decent place like the establishment across the road.

Recommended to stay here, many people who take their children to Legoland stay here! It is only a five-minute walk from Legoland! The breakfast is quite rich, and it is really nice to have hot water!

I have mixed feelings about this place, but all in all it's probably a good place with lots of different activities. Small and cozy 😀 You can buy a cup of coffee or tea

The hotel is near Carlsberg Square, surrounded by residential areas, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The hotel was converted from a factory, with a unique style and average hardware, similar to the domestic Rujia Hanting.

A beautiful hotel right on the harbor and very centrally located. The rooms are very modern and pleasantly designed. Top choice in Aalborg, often with good discounts. The staff is among the kindest I’ve come across in Denmark. The rooms are spacious and with many amenities. The gym is modern and maintained, whilst the breakfast is top shelf as Danish hotel breakfasts go. After five stays here I’m pretty sure my sixth hotel stay in Aalborg will once again be at Pier 5. The location is a bit dull.

Great location, clean and very convenient to walk around the city however you need to have your cellphone roaming there as the hotel just text you the code to open the door, there is no tissue box or a kettle or anything just a bed with pillow and blanket.

Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Nice slippers and water bottles to keep as a souvenir. In a nice quiet area but avoid Copenhagen over new year. Their fireworks start at 8am on the day and finish at 6am New Year’s Day. A beautiful hotel with the perfect location! 2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card. We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

This is my second time staying here, and I'm just as satisfied with the hotel's location and service as before. I especially appreciate the well-equipped rooms, complete with coffee and tea. The location is great, right near the train station. On the ground floor, there's a bar that had a lovely atmosphere over Christmas with everyone drinking and chatting. The room was warm, clean, and tidy, with a minimalist style, offering good value for money.

Charming boutique hotel which could use rugs with the thin floors & thicker windows since the courtyard echoes so if you are sensitive to noise, this one might not be for you. Staff was wonderful especially when my upstairs neighbor was thumping around from 2 am on, after an hour I asked the night receptionist to please help, he did immediately and found that person was in crutches and checking out...

The room i stayed in is right beside the elevator, so every tine the elevator is running, one can hear it, I thought this room should be discounted. But I arrived early, and the staff kindly allowed me to check in before the normal time, which might explain why I was given this room. The location is really really good. There is even a supermarket nearby.

Clean room with soft, comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with large bottles of toiletries(body lotion included), and towels were changed daily. I stayed there as a solo traveler. The room was the perfect size for one person. It was close to the city center and had good transport links. Towels were not changed.

I loved the location and the very comfortable bed. Downside: no double glazing in the windows. You can hear the cars a lot and cold air comes in through the window.

The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative.
