Lovely service, nice people. We had a big standard room. Plenty of room, good beds. Overall a nice stay. Breakfast buffet is small, but It had what you needed for a breakfast.

Hello,  I did want to write a comment for next travellers who will be exploring Copenhagen. The hotel was perfect with all amenities including morning coffees, wine hours and shot moments to enjoy on the house. The location was very convenient and easy to get to the tourist attractions by walking. The staff for all shifts were super nice and very helpful all the time. There is nothing I can complain...

We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotels central location and friendly, helpful, and engaging staff. We would have appreciated a sofa in the room in order to sit together. We also felt the wine and nightcap hours we a great idea and an opportunity to meet tother guests - one to continue!

The room was spotlessly clean, staff were verity friendly. However, the beds were so uncomfortable that we probably need physio therapy for a month to straighten out all the aches and pains.

Front desk not arranged room well , I was arrived around 8am and 1st staff mentioned will try to ready room at 1pm when I back to hotel at almost 2pm unfortunately room is not ready. But when I mentioned willing to pay early check in the give room key right away.

This is my first time writing a review. Last night, the fire alarm went off, and in the chaos, I lost my phone. Joe, one of the hotel staff, helped me find it. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and I'm so grateful to him. It was truly the best experience I had in this city!

Beautiful place , de decor very Nordic style which was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was the size of the rooms, very small. Other than that it was very nice and the staff was helpful.

The rooms on the second day were much larger, so it's still best to book a double room or larger. The service was excellent, and everyone was smiling. Breakfast selection was limited, but the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The location is very good as it’s next to the main Copenhagen Central Station with a metro station. Very easy to get around the city. The staffs in the hotel are very warm welcoming and friendly. The room we stay was small for both of us but it’s perfect if you are travelling solo.

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros. They don’t do complimentary bag storage, they have storage lockers in the basement which you have to pay for. This can add up in costs. We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. There was also a balcony overlooking much of the city, which was a lovely bonus. The heating worked very well.. coming back to a warm room after being out in the cold...

This is a VERY basic hotel, rooms are pretty bare, no fridge, no after shower feet towel. The rooms need a deep clean and an upgrade. Location is pretty good, close to everything, but that is true to most hotels, Copenhagen is small after all. Another nice thing about this hotel is breakfast, it is pretty good except for coffee, coffee is terrible.

Centrally located which is the best feature, everything is easily accessible. The front desk people are generally nice and welcoming and helpful. The rooms on level 6 have height restrictions leaving a large portion of the room virtually unusable. Nice hotel located in a very nice central location. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom needed a bit TLC in terms of decoration but spotless clean other than that. Mattresses were not great either, but it seems to me like a common trend in Scandinavian hotels.

The hotel offers bicycles for rent, making it convenient to explore the city. The train station is within easy walking distance.

I had no clue that I had booked a hotel in a ghetto neighbourhood until I arrived.

Nicely presented hotel and lobby, however, room was quite basic. Nice dinning facility, booking APP suggested that restaurant was always quite full, however, restaurant itself did not seem busy.

The park is convenient to enter, but the price is a bit high and there are no services. If you have older children, you can stay there. The experience for children should be good! The breakfast is rich!

Legoland in Denmark is too far from the capital. It takes nearly three hours by train and one hour by bus! When I arrived at the hotel, I saw two buildings, not on the same floor. The room types are the same as other Lego hotels.

We're generally satisfied, but the room is far too small. Having to pay extra for towels feels a bit unreasonable. The internet is quite slow, and the bed is narrow. It's made of two single beds pushed together, but with two separate mattresses. My spouse and I didn't sleep well because the gap between the two mattresses was very disruptive.

A room in this hostel is maximally un-cozy. If you do NOT want to feel like at home, you are welcome to book it. The problem is the lights - they just destroy the whole atmosphere. Recommended to stay here, many people who take their children to Legoland stay here! It is only a five-minute walk from Legoland! The breakfast is quite rich, and it is really nice to have hot water!
