Rooms were good, spacious and clean. No noise from the Highway nearby. Location is just 5min walk from the subway station with one stop to the airport and only few stops to the city center. For breakfast I just had a cinnamon roll and coffee in the main hall coffee shop, which is in a nice green oasis with palmtrees!
It was a great hotel, super friendly staff big rooms and amazing breakfast
The stay was great, it is the second time we have been to this hotel.
Strongly recommending you try out the breakfast, it has a great selection of food!
I gave 4 stars for service as the heating didn't seem to work in our room, but the reception people were nice and gave us a portable heater which made things better.
I would stay again at this hotel if going to Copenhagen!
There’s basically no amenities and staff were not welcoming nor friendly.
Great location, but the breakfast was just okay. The hotel is a bit too eco-conscious for my taste, as they don't provide toothbrushes or other disposable amenities.
My son is studying in Billund, Denmark, and for Christmas break, my husband and I came to Denmark to visit him and travel together for the holidays. My son flew from Billund to Copenhagen (later realizing taking the train would have been more convenient), and I flew from China to Copenhagen. We planned to meet at the hotel on December 18th. However, I had an unexpected issue and changed my flight....

Good locations with restaurants and shopping mall, 5 mins walk to metro.
Amazing location and great facilities. Highly recommended!
The environment is fantastic, the language is friendly, and you can see the windmills and round buildings by the sea from the window. The facilities are comprehensive, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It's very close to the subway station, and nearby 7-Elevens and supermarkets are also very convenient. It's also close to the city center, making it easy to get around.

Breakfast was good, the croissants were delicious, and the room was large enough for a family of three, but they didn't provide a sofa bed, and the facilities were a bit worn.

Great hotel with good location and very friendly stuff. Breakfasts are good here, but if you’re late for it - there is a possibility that you won’t find some items there. We faced a construction that was quite annoying is it was next to our room, but generally speaking the hotel is nice.
Had an incredible stay here. There is construction ongoing, but in my opinion it did not impact my stay at all. I never heard construction earlier than 8:30, and even then only when I was in common areas.
The staff is what truly made this hotel 5 star. They were so helpful, gave fantastic recommendations, and were just overall so pleasant to interact with. I look forward to staying again.
Stayed here twice, once before and then after a cruise.
First time, check in not brilliant, only 2 receptionists, then one disappeared, returned to get sidetracked by a guest that had asked another member of staff a question, even though there was a large queue we were ignored. When he finally returned, apparently they were just checking our room, we were asked to wait, and after over half...
We loved this hotel and our room, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen and would definitely come back! A few things that stood out:
-Location: Super central to everything we wanted to walk to including amazing shopping right down the street, good restaurants and parks, and the train from the airport stops only a few blocks away (only a 20 minute ride)
-Style: Great moody Scandinavian...
Perfect central location, only 15mins from the airport.
The service from setting foot into this hotel was exceptional! All staff are professional and friendly.
We had a lovely Skyline View room, great size and lovely and clean.
My favourite part of our stay was the amazing breakfast buffet, the best I have experience in all my years of travelling. So much choice, and all fresh. Lovely atmosphere in...
Perfection Start to finish. bellman/concierge, front desk, restaurant staff housekeeping... Every single staff member was utterly kind, attentive, and genuinely respectful. Absolutely wonderful experience. Lovely place top to bottom. Our room was perfection. We chose a balcony room, and it was one of our favorite parts of the Copenhagen experience. Convenient location , easy walk to the metro. Nice clean rooms
Hotel a tasteful restoration of a series of adjoining building blocks near Norreport station in Central Copenhagen. The location is close enough to central part of town but a few blocks away from the busy station. This is perfectly walkable (or bike-able) for those who are fit, but is a bit of a trek if you have luggage or are traveling with small children or elderly or less mobile. Rooms are well...
Location is okay, about 15mins metro ride from the airport and the hotel is just a 7mins walk from the metro station.
The receptionists are fantastic, friendly and efficient. The hotel offers guest a free drink everyday from 5-6pm.
The aesthetic of the hotel and lobby is great.
However, the room that I booked is a little small for 2 pax, and very old. The shower-head’s water pressure is low,...
Professionally run boutique hotel. Will return to stay for its location. Room size for standard room is European standard.
Great location. Nice hospitality
The hotel is great, the room isn't small, and the bed is comfortable. The downside is that it's a 9-minute walk to the subway station, and there are some cobblestone paths along the way. If your luggage wheels aren't very smooth, it could be a pain. However, it seems to be quite close to a 5C bus stop. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

Great friendly staff here, I emailed that my brother and fiancée were staying here for their engagement and they took a complimentary bottle of champagne up to their room. They were so kind and helpful. I dealt with Emilee.
We were very happy with our stay. The online check-in was quick and straightforward, allowing us to walk straight into the hotel and head up to our room with ease. The family room was a great size, and the breakfast offered a nice and varied selection. The location was perfect as well—Tivoli, restaurants, Netto, the Christmas markets, and the train station were all just a short walk away.
Perfect location, beside Tivoli gardens and metro and rail stations, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, very central. Seven 11 store opposite
Though it was expensive but given it's December, in Copenhagen maybe it's just normal prices.
Hotel breakfast was excellent and staff were lovely.
My husband and I recently had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen. The location is truly unbeatable—it's just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station and right next to Tivoli Gardens, which made exploring the city a breeze.

On the first day, due to a late flight (which I had informed the hotel about in advance), I arrived at 1:30 AM. It took me a while to find the hotel entrance. Once inside, I got my room card, but I had to go up and down to the front desk three times to find the correct room. The first time, the room number written looked like a 5 but was a 6. The second time, two people came out of the room because...
Overall, a very nice hotel! The transportation is super convenient, really close to both the subway and train stations. We booked a harbor-facing room; it was very clean and tidy (though a bit small), with good ventilation and natural light, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was decent too.
Good breakfast, location ok. Everything is very important expensive. Park is 400 DDK day
Stayed at Copenhagen Island Hotel during my trip to Copenhagen. The hotel has a great waterfront location and the rooms are modern and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the train station and shopping area, making it easy to get around the city.

Love this hotel so much!!! I visit here with my friend, and the place is so convenient! The hotel nears the tram and Metro, and also a mall and ikea just nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Copenhagen!
The location is incredible and the hotel looks great and very modern, I recommend you book the room with the view to the lake. The only downside is you have to inconvenience yourself to ask for room service the day before you want it, and also ask for clean towels, although apparently they enter your room everyday and give you new mugs if you used the ones provided.

Just a short walk to Tivoli gardens and the staff was kind enough to give us early check in at 11 am. Breakfast spread was good - since we dont eat meats there were fresh pancakes, vege dumplings and even miso soup. Room was comfy and had all the amenities you need. Highly recommend !
The 1.5-meter-wide bed advertised online was actually 1.2 meters, which is a huge discrepancy. The room facilities were also old and some were missing.
The location is excellent, the cleanliness is good, the bed is comfortable, and complimentary water and coffee were provided, but the room was cool and there was excessive elevator noise. The hotel has sound insulation problems. You can hear sounds from the next room. The price is a bit expensive.
Very satisfied. The room's large windows are beautiful, and the size is quite large for Europe.
The location is also great. The amusement park is downstairs, the Pink Cinema is a few minutes away, and the Seaview Library is a 20-minute walk. The Little Mermaid and New Harbor require a subway ride, but they're not far either. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Service: Excellent. We ordered takeout...

The location is unbeatable: steps away from civic landmarks, cultural attractions, and vibrant shopping streets. The hotel is large but you are not aware of it being noisy or over crowded. The breakfast is excellent with a really good choice for everyone.
Staff were friendly & polite.
Location is very convenient. Excellent breakfast. However, the hotel rooms are somewhat outdated. Hotel has no a/c and rooms may get warm during summer months.
The room is conveniently located, clean and tidy, and comfortable. Room cleaning requires an appointment. The breakfast environment is very good, and there are many options. There is also a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel that tastes great. I have checked it out many times!
This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. Simple, clean, affordable hotel in a convenient location. Beds in the base room category (bunk beds) are a bit too narrow and thus uncomfortable for a larger person or someone who moves a lot in his sleep (like me…)
Basic does the job, right where you want to be so a good location. Basic but good.
Hotel was located in a great spot. Unfortunately the toilet was very small, and the shower area was nearly none existing. After a system erro, the staff was very friendly and helped me and my partner to get an upgrade for free, which was very very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly
It was cheap and in a fairly good distance to city center.
The room, however, was extremely small and the shower/wc all-in-one solution is a no go.
Basically, you are taking a shower in your toilet.
Breakfast was mediocre at best.
I can recommend this place to a backpacker that does not need comfort but for us as a couple it was not the best option.
The room size was larger than I expected. The location is about a ten-minute walk from the central station/bus stop. You can also walk to the City Hall and then take the subway to reach the attractions. There's a bus stop 100m from the entrance with the 5C bus, which goes directly to Nyhavn.

This is a hotel that seems bad at first glance but just go inside. Despite the exterior the lobby is beautiful and the stab is realy nice. They can explain in english if needed and have good scervice. The rooms are nice and have all you need. Good chairs big beds, a place for work and you can get a good view of the nearby parts of the city from your windows.
My room was on the small side, but overall in decent condition. A lot of noisy seagulls in the morning that woke me up early, but can’t blame the hotel for that.
My experience with the morning buffet is… not great. During morning breakfast when I found a large piece of plastic in the scrambled eggs. I also mentioned for the waiter that the boiled eggs they were keeping warm in a pot were ice cold...
This hotel has seen better days unfortunately, there are some very gross spots in the room.
The worst for me was the incredibly disgusting smell in the bathroom from the sewer system.
The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The Location is great, right in the heart of Aalborg.

The only negative was there was an unwashed coffee cup in the room.
We love to stay here if we’re in Copenhagen
The room was small because of its good location, but the hotel had stairs that I had to carry my luggage up myself. The front desk seemed to discriminate based on social status; since I was Chinese, they gave me a room on a mezzanine level across the entire third floor, meaning I'd have to carry my luggage up stairs again. What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.
Everything was simply wonderful! A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for their hospitality. Everything was spotlessly clean; I've never felt so cozy in any space. The breakfasts were amazing; even though they were the same for three days, every dish was still incredibly delicious! Thank you, if we return to Copenhagen, it'll be to you.

Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

Fantastic hotel and right next to the central railway station, ideal for a work stay
Nice cosy hotel, great location by train station and shops. The rooms are nice and stylish but due to a lack of curtains I had a terrible sleep. The room was right by street lights which shone into the room all night.
Absolutely gorgeous stay, in a beautiful ‘eco’ hotel. Great attention to detail - loved the body lotion and oil in the bathroom. Great location near the train station and walkable to all sites.
Very welcoming , very cosy . A really nice place to be - not just a sterile hotel. Appreciate the sustainability as well !

Lovely stay here! Was away on a 2 day trip and the location was perfect, staff were so helpful and lovely & the room had everything we’d need for a two day trip. Would recommend!!
The room is clean enough and a little bit small but there is enough space to spend to chill after long sightseeing. The wall is thin so we can listen to the noise from other rooms. There are not so many amenities, even no fridge and kettle. But there is free water in the lobby, and you can also order paid drinks there.
Nicest access to the central station and great breakfast buffet .but the room is very small .the sink is too small to use well.
The room type I chose was a bit small, but it had everything one needs. However, I don't think it quite meets the full standard of a 'Hotel.' For example, I often use tissues in hotels, but there's no tissue box provided here. Perhaps it's due to sustainability efforts that they don't prepare them, which can be a bit inconvenient.
The breakfast is good, tasty, and plentiful. I'd recommend booking...
