The pirate room is small and the facilities are simple and old. There are many people at breakfast and the seating arrangement is chaotic. The only way to enter Legoland directly is through the covered sky bridge, which is very convenient. 

We enjoyed the stay especially the breakfast and also the areas in hotel where u can just play. The room has some corners that are unsafe for younger children. My toddler knocked onto the furniture quite a bit. The location was perfect, just walking into the theme park through a short link bridge. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

A very enjoyable airport hotel. It's barely fifteen minutes away on foot from T2. The lobby staff (August stood out) are excellent. They're very helpful and professional. Alright hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast (try the potato cakes or whatever it is - yummy!). I had a room next to the elevator and it was crazy loud. Also, they take a deposit of 500 DKK or 50 Eur, which is strange and does not make too much sense as they return it in the morning without the room check. What is the point?

i dont think i get the room that i ordered, it was small for both of us staying there, but it's okay for one night.

Problems with water and electricity in this hotel.  Location is ancient and they did a good job renovating it. But when things get complicated they send out their junior people.  Never saw a manager during the electricity crisis.  Roughly 10 hrs no power in the entire hotel.

The location and service are great. Everything is within walking distance or reachable by bike. The metro ride from the airport to the hotel couldn't be more convenient. The location and service were nothing to say. After I left my luggage, it was not check-in time yet. When I got ready to go back to rest in the afternoon when I had a room, my luggage had already been sent to the room. I will consider staying there again next time I go to Denmark.

The hotel is in a fantastic position, only 1 train stop away from the Airport. The rooms are very very basic, but the price matches that. Staff is very nice and always available. We stayed in this hotel 4 times already, for our layovers, but this time the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked to have them replaced and they gave us the new ones.

Every time I fly to Japan from Ireland I stop here. Last time I gave 5 stars and basically it still deserves the same rating, but I have lowered it cause I opted for the upgrade offer on the deluxe room. The room was kinda dirty. We had to move to put the beds together. So, we saw that every corner had kind of trash and stuff left by previous guests. The wifi was horrible in our room. If we didn’t have e-sims, that would cause us problem. Other than that, we just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was alright. If you are looking for a place to sleep, that is reasonable.

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros. They don’t do complimentary bag storage, they have storage lockers in the basement which you have to pay for. This can add up in costs. We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. This is a VERY basic hotel, rooms are pretty bare, no fridge, no after shower feet towel. The rooms need a deep clean and an upgrade. Location is pretty good, close to everything, but that is true to most hotels, Copenhagen is small after all. Another nice thing about this hotel is breakfast, it is pretty good except for coffee, coffee is terrible.
