I've stayed here several times already. It's suitable for business trips, with an excellent location and many landmarks to visit nearby. The environment and breakfast are both good!

The location was fantastic. The breakfast had everything you needed. The only negative was there was an unwashed coffee cup in the room.

Easy ride on the metro to the hotel. Staff was very nice. Restaurant staff was even nicer. Great variety for breakfast. The spa was heavenly. You can book an hour privately for yourself or your crew. Its also a 45 mins train journey to Sweden for under £20 return

It was a great stay here , a little bit far from the downtown but a metro is like 4min walk from the hotel . I liked the experience specially with the sauna and jacuzzi, just need to be booked 24h before.

The room was decent. You'll need to boil your own water and bring your own toiletries. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't needed. The bed was quite soft, and the service was alright.

What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities. Room was comfortable, well designed - loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! A nice touch to have a tea/snack station on each floor. Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from Central station and easy to walk all around the city. Had a superior single which was very cosy and comfortable. Lovely toiletries, lots of attention to detail. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in warmer weather.

Most of it was very good, both in terms of location and the staff's attitude. Good breakfast in a nice room. Nice to have the opportunity to sit outside. Good with the ecological thinking. The only downside was that the toilet/bathroom was too small and cramped.

The room is clean enough and a little bit small but there is enough space to spend to chill after long sightseeing. The wall is thin so we can listen to the noise from other rooms. There are not so many amenities, even no fridge and kettle. But there is free water in the lobby, and you can also order paid drinks there.

The room was kinda dirty. We had to move to put the beds together. So, we saw that every corner had kind of trash and stuff left by previous guests. The wifi was horrible in our room. If we didn’t have e-sims, that would cause us problem. Other than that, we just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was alright. If you are looking for a place to sleep, that is reasonable.

I booked the room to take a short nap during transit, but I couldn’t sleep at all because one of my roommates was snoring the whole night. Problems with water and electricity in this hotel.  Location is ancient and they did a good job renovating it. But when things get complicated they send out their junior people.  Never saw a manager during the electricity crisis.  Roughly 10 hrs no power in the entire hotel.

The location and service are great. Everything is within walking distance or reachable by bike. The metro ride from the airport to the hotel couldn't be more convenient. The location and service were nothing to say. After I left my luggage, it was not check-in time yet. When I got ready to go back to rest in the afternoon when I had a room, my luggage had already been sent to the room. I will consider staying there again next time I go to Denmark.

This hotel is really a rip-off, probably because it is the peak season. The price is very high. The standard room I booked is already very expensive. After entering the room, I saw that there was no place to put the luggage, and the lighting was very poor. So I spent a lot of money to upgrade to a two-story suite. Top choice in Aalborg, often with good discounts. The staff is among the kindest I’ve come across in Denmark. The rooms are spacious and with many amenities. The gym is modern and maintained, whilst the breakfast is top shelf as Danish hotel breakfasts go. After five stays here I’m pretty sure my sixth hotel stay in Aalborg will once again be at Pier 5. The location is a bit dull.

Great location, clean and very convenient to walk around the city however you need to have your cellphone roaming there as the hotel just text you the code to open the door, there is no tissue box or a kettle or anything just a bed with pillow and blanket.

A beautiful hotel with the perfect location! 2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card. We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

This is my second time staying here, and I'm just as satisfied with the hotel's location and service as before. I especially appreciate the well-equipped rooms, complete with coffee and tea. The location is great, right near the train station. On the ground floor, there's a bar that had a lovely atmosphere over Christmas with everyone drinking and chatting. The room was warm, clean, and tidy, with a minimalist style, offering good value for money.

The room i stayed in is right beside the elevator, so every tine the elevator is running, one can hear it, I thought this room should be discounted. The hotel is in a fantastic position, only 1 train stop away from the Airport. The rooms are very very basic, but the price matches that. Staff is very nice and always available. We stayed in this hotel 4 times already, for our layovers, but this time the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked to have them replaced and they gave us the new ones.

Every time I fly to Japan from Ireland I stop here. Last time I gave 5 stars and basically it still deserves the same rating, but I have lowered it cause I opted for the upgrade offer on the deluxe room. A hotel by the sea. The sea is the highlight. If you book a room by the sea, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The facilities are relatively old, there are no toiletries and slippers. The breakfast is very rich, and you can enjoy it while watching the sunrise.
