Good hotel and very friendly staff, unfortunately in the summer it gets hot and the hotel doesn’t have any air conditioning, but the staff had some air fans that you cold borrow. The breakfast was nothing special, there wasn’t any “hot food” like scrambled eggs or bacon and the breakfast was in a depressing room.

Good clean rooms, small but effective and has all you need. Shower is really bad though, small and douses your bathroom. It also gets uncomfortably hot and you can't open a window - though in fairness we were there in very hot weather.

Personally felt this is okay for 1 or 2 people stay. I have to admit for the amount I paid, I would have gotten a much luxurious larger room in Malaysia,but,where's the fun then?! Though I was in a room meant for 3 people,it felt really small but cozy. Really good price when you consider prices in Copenhagen. I've stayed there for three nights and if you are not looking for luxury, but simply a place to stay, it's good. Wifi worked, TV also. Breakfast was fine. Close to public transport.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the direct airport line and a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. There's an elevator to the upper floors. The double room was spacious and had plenty of space. They had hairdryers available for rent, and although they were small they were powerful so I was able to dry my long hair. It was about a 30-minute walk to the city center. The front desk staff were friendly and it was a nice hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff ! From arriving to the bar to dinner to leaving, staff were so friendly. Dinner was good, hotel was clean and adequate with adjustable bed and only 30 mins easy drive to airport.

The hotel's location is excellent, it offers great value for money, and the self check-in process was simple and convenient.

Automated check-in worked smoothly. very centrally located. Double-room was tidy with very good beds. Thin windows, but perfectly acceptable with earplugs. Automated checkout did not work as designed and the phone number in the hotel listing and displayed in the hotel itself is unregistered. However, then settled via intercom call.

Unacceptable. You can hear absolutely everything because the room door doesn't seal properly. All the doors also slam incredibly loudly, waking you up at night.

Nice and clean hostel. But the there is no reception and no one around to help if you need anything. The heater worked for about 20 min and the shut off and wouldn’t come back on.

The hotel itself is small but very cozy. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was incredible. It's right at the center of a lot of shopping, museums and the waterfront. If you do have a car they offer a discount for parking in a garage that's very close by. I will absolutely stay here every time I come to Aalborg.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in Aalborg for work reasons and I have to say, that the staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and have a modern look.The breakfast is plentiful.I will gladly come again.

It's hostel style, very humble, for one night it's fine

I booked a last minute trip to Copenhagen and found this place. Bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. There was some grime in places around the room if you looked hard enough, but I didn’t have a big problem with that as a solo traveler and for the price. There’s a lot of reviews talking about bedbugs, but from what I could see (0 bedbugs) it seems like they have addressed...

After I saw google reviews, I was a bit scared about the bugs, but the appartment was completely clean and in perfect conidition, as a feedback, I would put better pillows, and room 1 it's a bit noisy due to the garage from the home next door. Also the entrance has a machine that create a bit of noise, but the rest was excellent.

I liked staying at this hotel, it is very handy for the main railway station, less than 10 minutes walk. I particularly liked the buffet breakfast and that coffee is available at the lobby. Room was basic but fine, there is a bit of street noise at night if you are that side of hotel.

We enjoyed the property. We were 3 adults in a 3 twin bed room. The daily breakfast was very good with wide variety. Afternoon snacks was a fun idea, too. Comfortable and quite quiet. We loved hearing the local church bells every 15 minutes!

everything is good ! The stuff’s are warm, the location is excellent, the room is cozy. The only things that need to improve is the pillow is too soft that’s make my neck very uncomfortable!

The room is quite spacious with three beds, though the hotel feels a bit dated. A major issue, however, is the shower space in the bathroom; once you pull the shower curtain, it becomes so narrow that it is very easy to accidentally touch the scalding hot faucet. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

Excellent location just five minutes away from CPH station. However in room toilet’s design can be improved as we were taking to a shower and water would always overflow to the dry area. Beds were very comfy though and many food establishments around the area.

Our stay in the hotel was great. The location is next tk the train station which was convenient! Only 1-3 minutes walk to the train station.

Great self service hotel! Provided lovely breakfast. Good value for Aarhus, it is out of the centre which likely contributes to the lower price. But we didn’t mind this! It’s a quiet peaceful area out of the hustle and bustle, then about 20-30 mins into the centre via bus. An unconventional way to do it, but it works!

The property is a bit out of the centre but easily reachable by bus, car, or bicycle. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and started at a good time. The use of the dining area for personal meals was very welcome. Rooms are basic but very functional and clean.

Breakfast was poorly its from 7:00 til 9:00 but wen you go around 8:30 there is not mutch left.

Great place for sleeping DBU works well for us. It is kind of a "no frills" place to stay but it works really well with parking, sleeping, free coffee/tea/water, a fridge to store cold things and a lounge where you are able to sit and relax and watch TV. You can choose to have breakfast or not. Easy to get to and plenty of possibility for shopping near by. And it is a very quiet place.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The only thing I had to complain about was their sink; it was way too small, making brushing teeth and washing my face very inconvenient. Breakfast was the same every day, but the taste was decent.

The room was very small, and while it had a toilet inside, the shower was communal. You had to check in using a self-service machine after entering through the hotel next door. Location in the centre of Copenhagen, just a few hundred metres from Copenhagen center station, easy access to many restaurants and convenience shops, 7-11 is just opposite of this hostel. There is a shared kitchen with full utensils, shared bathrooms are clean but the bedrooms a bit small.

The location is convenient, close to various subways and attractions. But if there is a small refrigerator in the room, it will be more perfect for travelers staying for a few days. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Service only marked down due to their refurbishment which wasn't quite finished, but we knew all along and there were no surprises. Our room was clean and dust free although the corridor smelt of paint. Coffee and tea didn't look to be available in reception but it all looks to be fabulous once finished in early June 2026 I'm guessing.

The hotel was overbooked and we changed to a hotel further away from the city center, but we changed the room to two and added breakfast. The attitude was good.

Great place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty basic but it is very much elevated by the communal space and the friendly staff on reception. We were on floor 5 (there is a lift) and it was quiet. There is a secure luggage room. There is a free wine between 5-6pm! The location is great.

The hostel was nice and calm. It also comes with a good parking possibility. The room was really cozy and definitely felt above hostel standards. Be aware though that you need to bring your own bed linen. The location is a bit out of the city. Walking to the center takes about 40-50 mins. But also take a bus (the bus station is around 8 mins walk from the hostel).

Our family stayed here in early March and couldn't have had a more magical experience! We loved the location, set back in the woods and an easy walk from multiple public transportation options, and were so pleased with the room as well. The hotel is very well located, very close to transport and all main turístico places. There were a lot of amenities close by. The hotel was really clean and warm. There is no lift but they say in their website. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reception is closed from 3pm but a very close by hotel has 24h reception for them.

I stayed in a double room on the 6th floor. The room was clean and quiet. The room was well-equipped (iron, umbrella, ventilator etc.) There is a small self-service buffet for all rooms with plates, cups, tea that is cleaned every day. However, no coffee, thus, bring your own :) Nearby metro, so you can reach many attractions within 30 minutes. Recommended!

The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very nice. The shower temperature does suck and is inconsistent but this is the only issue I had living there for two months. You can probably consider it more than a two stars place. I shared an apartment for two situated at the ground floor. The place was "big" and nice. It also has a kitchen where you can find tea and coffee to use. The place is ten minutes walking by the osterport train station and you can walk to the city center in just half an hour (but you can find also a bike-rent shop close to the hotel). No problem...

Nice apartment style hotel in a nice area, the staff at the reception is very nice and helped to carry my suitcase up the fifth floor. Clean and bright room. Will stay here again next time I visit Copenhagen.

Very good place to stay with a welcoming receptionist. They have locker facilities inside the room and even outside the room. Check in is at 15:00hrs and checkout at 11:00hrs. We reached in the morning and the let us leave our luggages into the locker room (we need to have our own lock in case of valuables). I was happy with their service expect one. They have not mentioned that we need to have a bed...

Good home style hotel with cozy studio. Clean and well maintained 

We just completed a 2nd time stay within a month and we were glad to come back to this service apartment styled hotel. Kitchenette with the NETTO supermarket in the bldg plus a top bakery around the block makes it always convenient. Same goes for the gym, pool and sauna. Bikes to rent are very solid. Also you have plenty of jogging kilometers waiting for you which you can start straight from the hotel...

It's a bit remote as it is between 2 stations. The facilities inside the room is excellent, with balcony, kitchen, utensils, and in particular, washing and drying machine. The services provided is very satisfactory. There is also a supermarket downstair which is very convenient. The daily parking fee is a little bit high.

This is a very unassuming hotel from the outside - it looks very plain. However, it is beautiful inside! The rooms are very nicely done and have a real charm about them. There is a hotel car park (about 25 spaces?) which you get to through a narrow archway just to the side of the main entrance. The road outside the hotel has recently been redesigned and where there used to be some car parking spaces...
