Decent option for Copenhagen. Nice breakfast, great location relative to central station and Tivoli Gardens. Room was clean but one of the fold-down beds had broken springs.

Completely in the city center, parking is inconvenient (park in a nearby mall, register the license plate number at the hotel front desk, tell the front desk when checking out, and they will put the parking fee into the party fee so that you can drive the car out of the parking lot). Public transportation is more suitable for business travelers. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.

The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station, which is the first choice if you have a lot of luggage. It is only a 100-meter walk away from the train. The breakfast is rich and has many options. The rooms are small, and the big ones are quite big. You can choose according to your needs.

The view outside the room is very nice and very comfortable. The hotel's service is very good. I put my luggage on the basement floor before leaving. The luggage card was given by the front desk~~~ It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel. Recommended to stay.

I booked a single room. The room was a bit mini and the bathroom was indeed a bit small. However, the service was very good and the breakfast was also very good. Overall prices in Denmark are very high. The price-performance ratio of walking for two minutes from the train station is still good.

Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Charming boutique hotel which could use rugs with the thin floors & thicker windows since the courtyard echoes so if you are sensitive to noise, this one might not be for you. Basic, functional hotel. A bit strange that they have no A/C, but there is a small table fan, was find during winter, wonder how it works during summer.

Hotel attached to a mall. Basic rooms. Could be better lit and some more amenities like kettle for water would be welcome. Ample parking so that's a big plus.

The setting of the hotel in an old large farm house is very special in the modern suburbs of Aalborg. The bus to the Centrum is at the entrance of the property. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding! We enjoyed the sauna and the pool immensely however the best part of the experience was staff who were attentive, kind and informative. I was absolutely delighted by the host. Received a complimentary glass of wine on my arrival. It had very cozy vibes and would definitely go back again on my visit to Copenhagen. The room in general was quite well kept. The bathroom could've been a bit well equipped and the shower could've been a bit bigger. In general, I would say it's an excellent place to stay.

Great location, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station. The hotel is clean and well-maintained throughout. It's a good option for a couple of nights to explore the city center.

The facilities were exactly as described, so I have no complaints. However, there's no elevator, so those with heavy luggage might want to keep that in mind.

Perfectly located and very clean. We vere upgraded to a more spacious room. Shared unisex bathroom is fine. Not recommended for light sleepers, as the walls are quite thin and you can hear what's happening in the hallway.

Terrible and rude morning service at reception

Great location, room was clean. Very close to Lidl and couple of really good restaurants. We were able to rent a big locker for an entire day to leave our bags after checkout for only 30DKK

Nice room. But the shared shower and toilet is quite far. Also there are only two toilets and two showers for the whole floor.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The only thing I had to complain about was their sink; it was way too small, making brushing teeth and washing my face very inconvenient. Breakfast was the same every day, but the taste was decent.

Hotel rooms in Northern Europe are not big, but fortunately the daily breakfast is okay. Barely staying for one night. But the service is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and friendly!

The room was cold the first night. I do not like you have to go over several steps to actually enter the hotel with your luggage. There is no ramp or small elevator. Just steps … 7-10 steps to haul your luggage.

Can you put a steel pipe in front of the toilet? Don't get me wrong, I wanted to climb on it to get into the toilet, which was ridiculously high.

Lovely hotel accessible to city centre - quiet neighbourhood. Staff very helpful and courteous. Room was compact but clean and practical. Beds were comfy, we slept well and we had new towels daily for our three day stay. Would have preferred larger pillows and more than one pillow - duvets were lovely and warm.  Breakfast was lovely with a range of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, meats, boiled eggs...

Incredibly good for a hotel in Denmark. The room is spacious and has a king size comfy bed. Location is perfect and walkable to the train / bus station. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen in Denmark, even better than twice expensive hotels in Copenhagen. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Aarhus.

Great Location/ tidyness , staffs are also good but breakfast was distributed on a box. They informed us same day but They did not inform us before stay-booking about breakfast and there are also not enough things in breakfast .

Room temperature is too low, and can not be adjusted in room. I told to staff the problem, but problem was still not solved on second and third day, although the staff promised to adjust for me.

The room is not very accommodating and the shower space is super tiny, we had to use all our towels to dry the bathroom floor after taking shower every single time. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has a great location.

Good location, but room was a little shabby and the shower was just a drain with a shower curtain around it. Breakfast was good but the attendant stared at me the whole time thinking I was going to steal food or something while I was preparing a sandwich for my husband who was on his way down - very off putting!

Breakfast choices good. Gets quite busy at weekends but staff manage well. Keep on top of cleaning everything. We had a room over the front door and very very noisy from the street one night with bins or lorries. The rooms facing courtyard might be quieter. Very convenient locations. Cosy hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit better...sink didn't really drain at all and no way to control temperature...

Environment: The location is quite remote, which makes getting around inconvenient, and there aren't many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast is very average; it's best to bring your own food. It was alright, except that on the first night we arrived, we had to check in by ourselves, and the staff explained how to do it through the monitor. The breakfast selection was rather simple.

A decent hotel, with a great location close to the city center, making it easy to get to the church and the old town. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very kind and provided excellent service even though we arrived late.

Aarhus is a beautiful town, and this hotel has a great environment with a rich breakfast spread and good service overall. While the facilities aren't brand new, there's a well-stocked supermarket about a fifteen-minute walk away.

A barista makes your coffee in the morning:) you can aldo have real hot chocolate:) staff is so nice and down to earth. And the interiors are stunning after the 2 year renovation. Cheap parking neighboorhood also.

Honestly this place is incredible! The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel itself is either new or newly refurbished, very nice details and the downstairs was both slick but also welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nice colour scheme, one of those that exceeds expectations from the photos. We enjoyed the free happy wine hour but didn’t get to enjoy the additional happy nightcap...

This was my 4th stay at Avenue Hotel and I hope to return for a 5th. It’s a great location in a vibrant part of the city and well placed for exploring local neighbourhoods as well as getting to the main tourist attractions. Stayed at a standard double room over Christmas. Room was very worn with several broken things. The bed was very comfy. The toilet was freezing cold. The lounge and breakfast area is nice, even though the fireplace was not lit. Breakfast was ok, not that fresh, expected more based on other reviews. But nice that it is organic.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center but on a main road so easy to find. The back yard garden/courtyard is beautiful. Comfy seating and heat lamps for chilly weather. The bar area also has comfortable seating areas and a great selection of drinks. The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Convenient location in quiet area This hotel is in a convenient location for the motorway. It is in a quiet area and parking is safe and plentiful.
