Great hotel in city center adjacent to Copenhagen central railway station. Nice room and overall a great service. Breakfast was delicious. If you need to stay in a central location across Tivoli and within a short walking distance from the Walking Street then I can highly recommend staying at Copenhagen Plaza.

Everything was good, nice vintage ambiance , only beds are too soft do not really comfortable.

Unfortunately, I only stayed at the hotel for a few hours. However, there was a very kind gentleman at the front desk around 11:30 PM who was able to answer all my questions, and the lady at checkout was also courteous and incredibly guest-oriented. Cosy hotel near Copenhagen Central Station.

I was absolutely delighted by the host. Received a complimentary glass of wine on my arrival. It had very cozy vibes and would definitely go back again on my visit to Copenhagen. The room in general was quite well kept. The bathroom could've been a bit well equipped and the shower could've been a bit bigger. In general, I would say it's an excellent place to stay.

Hello,  I did want to write a comment for next travellers who will be exploring Copenhagen. The hotel was perfect with all amenities including morning coffees, wine hours and shot moments to enjoy on the house. The location was very convenient and easy to get to the tourist attractions by walking. The staff for all shifts were super nice and very helpful all the time. There is nothing I can complain...

We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotels central location and friendly, helpful, and engaging staff. We would have appreciated a sofa in the room in order to sit together. We also felt the wine and nightcap hours we a great idea and an opportunity to meet tother guests - one to continue!

The room was spotlessly clean, staff were verity friendly. However, the beds were so uncomfortable that we probably need physio therapy for a month to straighten out all the aches and pains.

This is my first time writing a review. Last night, the fire alarm went off, and in the chaos, I lost my phone. Joe, one of the hotel staff, helped me find it. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and I'm so grateful to him. It was truly the best experience I had in this city!

Our room was a nice size and well appointed. The staff were all really nice. The people in the bar area went out of their way to help us find a seat. The location is great. This was our second visit and we will be back.

The hotel is very classy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the room kept very clean. I especially liked the “turndown” service in the evenings. Beautiful place , de decor very Nordic style which was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was the size of the rooms, very small. Other than that it was very nice and the staff was helpful.

The rooms on the second day were much larger, so it's still best to book a double room or larger. The service was excellent, and everyone was smiling. Breakfast selection was limited, but the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Excellent location and very spacious but room was admittedly dusty and could be better on cleaning. My card also failed three times and I had to keep going to the concierge to get it reset; they eventually gave me key cards of another design which worked.

It's not the same as I imagined. It's a designer hotel. The photos of black people sleeping inside are quite scary. The room is big and the location is good

Lovely hotel accessible to city centre - quiet neighbourhood. Staff very helpful and courteous. Room was compact but clean and practical. Beds were comfy, we slept well and we had new towels daily for our three day stay. Would have preferred larger pillows and more than one pillow - duvets were lovely and warm.  Breakfast was lovely with a range of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, meats, boiled eggs...

The room was cold the first night. I do not like you have to go over several steps to actually enter the hotel with your luggage. There is no ramp or small elevator. Just steps … 7-10 steps to haul your luggage.

Our room was not serviced on the first morning, when we enquired we were told you had to place the ‘clean my room’ hanger on the outside of your room door, the receptionist did not inform us of this on arrival. Can you put a steel pipe in front of the toilet? Don't get me wrong, I wanted to climb on it to get into the toilet, which was ridiculously high.

Incredibly good for a hotel in Denmark. The room is spacious and has a king size comfy bed. Location is perfect and walkable to the train / bus station. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen in Denmark, even better than twice expensive hotels in Copenhagen. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Aarhus.

Great Location/ tidyness , staffs are also good but breakfast was distributed on a box. They informed us same day but They did not inform us before stay-booking about breakfast and there are also not enough things in breakfast .

Room temperature is too low, and can not be adjusted in room. I told to staff the problem, but problem was still not solved on second and third day, although the staff promised to adjust for me.

A barista makes your coffee in the morning:) you can aldo have real hot chocolate:) staff is so nice and down to earth. And the interiors are stunning after the 2 year renovation. Cheap parking neighboorhood also.

Honestly this place is incredible! The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel itself is either new or newly refurbished, very nice details and the downstairs was both slick but also welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nice colour scheme, one of those that exceeds expectations from the photos. We enjoyed the free happy wine hour but didn’t get to enjoy the additional happy nightcap...

This was my 4th stay at Avenue Hotel and I hope to return for a 5th. It’s a great location in a vibrant part of the city and well placed for exploring local neighbourhoods as well as getting to the main tourist attractions. Stayed at a standard double room over Christmas. Room was very worn with several broken things. The bed was very comfy. The toilet was freezing cold. The lounge and breakfast area is nice, even though the fireplace was not lit. Breakfast was ok, not that fresh, expected more based on other reviews. But nice that it is organic.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center but on a main road so easy to find. The back yard garden/courtyard is beautiful. Comfy seating and heat lamps for chilly weather. The bar area also has comfortable seating areas and a great selection of drinks. The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Convenient location in quiet area This hotel is in a convenient location for the motorway. It is in a quiet area and parking is safe and plentiful. The hotel and rooms are very clean the breakfast has everything that you could ask for. All the staff were friendly and professional during our stay. Overall a very comfortable hotel.

Facilities: There aren't many facilities, but they're basically adequate. Cleanliness: Decent, quite clean. Environment: The location is quite remote, which makes getting around inconvenient, and there aren't many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast is very average; it's best to bring your own food. Service: Okay.

It was alright, except that on the first night we arrived, we had to check in by ourselves, and the staff explained how to do it through the monitor. The breakfast selection was rather simple.

A decent hotel, with a great location close to the city center, making it easy to get to the church and the old town. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very kind and provided excellent service even though we arrived late.

Aarhus is a beautiful town, and this hotel has a great environment with a rich breakfast spread and good service overall. While the facilities aren't brand new, there's a well-stocked supermarket about a fifteen-minute walk away.

Good location, close to metro station only cross the road. Close to many tourist attractions. Staffs are very nice and try to help as much as they can. Only minis point is it’s a bit noisy at night and early morning if you get the room face to the main road.

Truly Danish minimalism but with exceptional design, although the rooms did have awesome speakers. Was concerned about noise but that wasn't an issue at all. Impossible to beat the location. Much more authentic, truly Copenhagen experience than the Marriott on the water

I recently stayed here with my boyfriend during our visit to Copenhagen and the location was excellent. It was about a 6-minute walk to the nearest metro station and very close to most of the sights in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were able to get a room ready for us during check in even though we arrived well before check in time which was much appreciated...

The concept of the institution is very interesting. Refined interior and flawless artistic filling. At the entrance you are greeted by a 3D model of tree branches. Each hall is decorated with original paintings and photos, each of which has its own artistic and social value. The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are not small at all, by Copenhagen standards. I had the best stay at this little magical oasis in the middle of the city center. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was on point and we had dinner at the hotel one night, which was outstanding and the best truffle pasta I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back

Location was the best part, exactly 5 minutes walk to the station. Everything else was so-so but comfortable. The receptionist guy that check me up was so nice and there were free chocolate available too. The room was small, and it could be a bit loud if u go a window facing the street but they provided ear plugs.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is located right next to the station and has excellent access to tourist attractions. The room has a historic atmosphere, which helps to relax. I would like to visit this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The park is convenient to enter, but the price is a bit high and there are no services. If you have older children, you can stay there. The experience for children should be good! The breakfast is rich!

Legoland in Denmark is too far from the capital. It takes nearly three hours by train and one hour by bus! When I arrived at the hotel, I saw two buildings, not on the same floor. The room types are the same as other Lego hotels.

The room is quite big, it can accommodate two adults and three children. We had one adult and two children and we felt that we were at a big loss! The hotel service is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here to play Lego. There is also a Lego hotel next to it that is cheaper than this one. The Lego house, which is a few minutes drive away, is especially worth going to, and is more worthwhile...

Nice room but way to soft mattresses The junior suite was excellent, but the bed mattress was way to soft and basically prevented both of us in getting much sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the place in general was very nice. Service was absolutely splendid. Parking on the parking lot outside the building is recommended.

Nice hotel in a decent location and quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and the staff helpful. They have adopted the spreading custom of only cleaning the room if requested for "environmental" reasons. Sounds to me like a cost saving..
