Airport shuttle was included and they switched my room to 2 queen beds instead 1 king bed as I had 2 small children with. Thanks for such great service
Everything in this hotel is excellent!,staffs are very knowledgeable and the cleanliness of this hotel omg impeccable in all area👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️♥️🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Awesome stay. Felt fresh from a great treatment the night before and the morning off prior to my flight. Both thebdinner and the breakfast were on point, and the beds was super comfortable! Greqt staff service as well!
Great hotel located close to the Santiago airport. The staff was courteous and extremely welcoming. Great pool area with a very good Mojito drinks! Great buffet style, and breakfast included in our stay
My family and I arrived at the hotel around 1 p.m. Although check‑in was scheduled for 3 p.m., we were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated early thanks to the room’s availability. The room itself was spotless, in excellent condition, and both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
We were very hungry when we arrived, and the food did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, but the...

I live in Puerto Plata for a year now but on weekends, my husband and I travel all over the Dominican Republic to different resorts., hotels, and Airbnb. Road trips!!!!
FYI....I’m staying at this resort as I write this for 2 nights,3 days. This is night ONE. Friday!
1. The guy at the front desk upgraded our room for free with a king size bed. Thank you kind sir. 🤩
2. Shower above us leaked, flooded...
Amazing resort.. the service and food was spectacular. our server was the absolute best. the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.. there was a few people selling souvenirs.. they weren’t too aggressive which was nice. they sold cigars, bags, scarves at a reasonable price. surprisingly they offered cigar samples which was very nice. i would definitely go back again
The food is outstanding, the facilities and the staff are phenomenal and the setting is lovely. Transportation to and from the beach, where you have dedicated bar facilities as well as food. However, it is as advertised: quiet. The entertainment shuts down at 11pm, so if you're inclined to want to want to stay up late, you'll have to find ways to entertain yourself. Overall very good, but I'll go back...
My brothers and I spent 5 nights here and we enjoyed it. The rooms were nice, clean and cool. The food was nice and tasty. The staff by far was the best part about this resort. Very friendly, very attentive, and always willing to help. The pool area was nice and being an adults only resort it was quiet and serene. The beach is only a 5 minute walk or they have a shuttle take you there. They have breakfast...
Just returned from a week here (1-8 Jun), the low season! We were in search of quiet and relaxing and that's exactly what we got. The first 5 days we were there, there were definitely less than 50 other people. Service was excellent, food quality was excellent and varied. The entire resort was constantly being cleaned and security was patrolling at all times to give you that extra sense of safety...
Pros: Really quiet and cozy. Clean. Friendly stuff.
Really friendly stuff. Bell boys are helpful, desk stuff are really nice. Kitchen stuff is also really nice. I couldn't eat my food there and brought my own food. They kept all my food in their fridge and heated it up for me before the meals (was more than happy to tip them for the great service).
Beach is amazing.
Have a small pool, but we spent...

The Hotel is recently renovated, clean rooms and friendly staff. Would not mind going back. It’s perfect for business trips.
Rooms are very spacious. Good eye to details. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. We had a good time. Thank you!
The facilities are somewhat old, and the rooms are generally quite average, not worth the price. Breakfast is decent, and the receptionists are generally helpful. There seems to be a gym nearby. Overall, I'd give it a 7 out of 10.
Plenty of food, and a fantastic location.
The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby, the room was very quiet, and there was parking available. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. The most beautiful part was the Caribbean coast; its grandeur and beauty are indescribable. A very satisfying business trip.
Amazing hospitality all around!
The only issue was the lounge on the 8th floor—it seemed understaffed and focused mainly on serving large groups. I had to get up and seek out service myself, which wasn’t ideal. That was the only downside to an otherwise excellent experience.

This was a very nice hotel. Courteous reception staff. The room was clean and big. The shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Across the road is a shopping and restaurant area. A good variety of food for breakfast with a small swimming pool. A very professional hotel. It comes with my recommendation.
Stayed 4 nights. Shuttle pickup location wasn’t clearly marked leaving the airport exit after customs. Shuttle arrived quite quickly. Room wasn’t ready at 10:30am so had breakfast across the street. Room was ready at noon. Rooms were mechanically sound. Power surge one day but backup generators kicked in. Room didn’t come with a fridge but one was delivered when asked. Bed comfort wasn’t ideal, but...
I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Punta Cana and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its convenient location, just a few minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, with complimentary transportation provided to and from the airport, which made arrival and departure very easy.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, though I was a bit disappointed that...
We ended our vacation by spending one last day at the 4 Points Sheraton. We spent the last 7 days cruising around the carabian and this was our rest day.
The complimentary shuttle to the included beach resort of Playa Blanca was 5 star. The shuttle also provided the 3 minute drive to the airport.
Right across the road from the hotel is the Punta Cana village where you will find restaurants and shops...
I stayed here for 6 nights as a single lady wanting to enjoy the Dominican resort town atmosphere but not be so isolated in a resort. The 4 Point location is across the street from a cute series of shopping squares and diverse restaurants, plus a pharmacy and a Scotiabank. There's also a fancy mall just a 15 minute walk west. There's a free shuttle from the hotel that takes you to Playa Blanca restaurant...

He is the problem with the hotel. There is no substitute for broken and raggedy equipment and trying to remodel what needs to be replaced.
In their frugal approach to remodeling, they have failed to accommodate anybody of standards, It’s not the location of the service people working in the hotel. The physical structure in Dyer. Need of repair. My toilet did not work correctly, on my first attempt...
Yes the building is dated, but the staff is hospitable, the outside terrace and pool are well maintained, and the breakfast is wonderful with variety of selection. We decided to book another night due to our next location (strange communication and payment method), and will consider again for the price point in Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic.
Everything was fine. Staff was helpful.
Breakfast buffet was correct.
This is the "Four Points by Sheraton". Everything was fine. Staff was helpful.
Breakfast buffet was correct.
Nice hotel great service good food I give it a 10 out of 19
We needed a hotel to spend the night after a late arrival at the Santo Domingo airport. And everything was perfect. Check in at midnight without any problem and a delicious full Dominican breakfast in the morning. Decent rooms with air conditioning that could be regulated correctly. Recommended.

My last week at the Viva V Semana resort has been filled with wonderful experiences that I will remember and cherish for a long time. From the attentive staff to the beauty of the location itself, I have been more than satisfied with my stay here. My favourite activity (among the many possibilities) was the twice daily yoga classes offered by a professional instructor of the company NRG2GO. I attended...
Room was nice and clean. Sound of the waves very nice.
The food was terrible. My husband actually used the word gross. Cold pasta, warm cheese. Empty juice or no glasses. Pizza is ok but for this price I do not want to eat pizza every meal.
Omelet was very good.
It is an only adults hotel, which means quite and relaxing time. Beautiful and well maintained gardens.
Beach is great, water is warm but rough. Maybe for younger people is good, they can use the boards/surfs that the hotel offer for free. It is fun!
Variety of food, abundant; but on my second day there I got sick. Si I loose 50% of my vacations feeling horrible.
Beds super comfy, AC working perfectly...
Ok resort - either twenty-somethings or older retirees for the most part.
Food was excellent but service was not.
If you don't speak French or Spanish, you will be ignored. Staff aggressive for tips and focus on that rather than providing real service. Found this from the Airport to the Resort and the day trips.
Beach was great for walks but incredibly rough and the water was cloudy, which meant snorkelling...
The room had a foul smell to it but we figured that since we would only be there for sleeping, we could deal with it.
The staff were okay just that we felt that unless you were a foreigner (caucasian) they would have treated us with respect and equality.
The food was not as good as Viva Cabarete and the drinks were also watered down.
Worst thing that happened that our 3rd day there I became sick...
The check in staff was phenomenal. The only incident was in the morning when a gentleman by the name of Felipe approached us to talk to us about the club. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel and wonderful to experience a place so full of history. However, it seems they rely too much on that charm and overlook important details. We came to celebrate our anniversary and not even a simple congratulations was acknowledged. They placed us in a room right next to a party, so peace and quiet were impossible. To make matters worse, next morning breakfast was insufficient...
My parents and I have been coming to Hotel Nicolás de Ovando for 11 years, and we truly can’t stop coming back. Every visit feels just as special as the first. The atmosphere is unmatched—classy, historic, and full of charm—while the location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the Colonial Zone walkable distance to the best restaurants police guarding ever street it’s truly so safe and amazing ...
Beautiful hotel! The breakfast was delicious and huge - there was everything from beet juice, hot chocolate, to custom omelette orders to muffins. One morning they served churros in a Carmel sauce which was fantastic.

This hotel is your best choice when visiting Santo Domingo. The installations are spotless with a great fusion between the old arquitecture and modern amenities. Great place. Totally different than Punta Cana. This has a way more Dominican vibe, more music, more local people on vacation, and an excellent array of food and beverages. My recommendation is to stay at the Confresi Palm with the larger rooms that have a jacuzzi inside and then get the Black Vip Band for access to everything at the resort. The complex is enormous and you will definitely need a golf...
Don’t have high expectations, it is a simple hotel and far from all inclusive Mexican hotels , the beach isn’t great, the room was smelly.
The food was ok.
I do not recommended if you are looking for a nice beach and hang out there since there is no beach service neither a place to hang out there.
Plus there was no Internet in the room neither could buy.
Hello. This hotel is amazing with the gold bracelet. Don't use any other. The blues bracelets are not good enough. I was in the tropical and we were very pleased with the hotel. The food is good 😊
The overall experience was great! Friendly and very professional staff; good food and nice pools. The only downside is that the rooms are not that modern and could use a remodel, but besides that, it was great.
Excellent food and good service
My experience at the Lifestyle Tropical Resort Cofresi was overall very good. The parking was odd, as I had to leave my vehicle on the roadside, as there was no parking lot. Not a true 5 star resort.
Beautiful grounds and beach.
Room was nice (luxury king ocean view, new building).
Service quality was very inconsistent (despite regularly tipping).
Buffet is pretty good, restaurants ordinary. Drink are not good.
Would only recommend staying here if you get a really good deal.

We were fortunate to stay in one of the three villas at Eden Roc. The stay was perfect. The place is always clean, and amazing beach!
Cleanliness is the most outstanding quality. I think the facilities need an upgrade.
Beautiful location on the beach and golf course. Rooms are old and vastly different from new condos there. But it's still a good hotel for the price. The restaurant and all staff are excellent, great food and service. Benny at the bar is exceptional!
The staff are very friendly and helpful!
This hotel is older so one should expect to find an older pool, older sliding doors and bath tubs etc.
I was not planning to need to spend the night in Puerto Plata but I am definitely thinking about planning a trip back to stay here again!
Older facilities, but nice and clean.

Nice infrastructure, exciting beach, friendly staff - only prices are extremely high (double espresso dop 600 = usd 8.5 and water by aqua panda dop 750) prices higher than in Switzerland.
little paradise
we have stayed twice before , this time , we rented a villa
everything about the place is great .
only problem this time was that we only got hot showers twice in 4 days , for the price , it is not acceptable!!
also the level of the restaurant , is not up to par , compared to a few locations we have been to , they should really look into upgraded the cooking!!
but aside from that...

Good value. Just one night and flew next day. Nice big room and comfy bed, water was at best luke warm, breakfast was average. There was however a cafe/ bar across the road (Cuban) that was great.

But, not so close to the main drag that you hear all of the loud motos and ATVs. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are not overly large, but are very comfortable. The area is a little off the beaten path, but more interesting for that reason. We ran into...
Service here is phenomenal. The people working here are very sweet and attentive to anything you need. Breakfast is included, and it's from 7-10:30 a.m. It was the highlight of my day since the young men cooking are very sweet and make omelets with much love. There are many other options you can enjoy. It is a short walk from the beach, and there are various beaches along the coast of Las Terrenas...
Very cozy & Pleasant small hotel. The place sits in the back area of the center of Las Terrenas, about 400-500 FT from the beach. The rooms are well appointed & have everything you need, there are a total of 10 rooms? This place is good for those seeking a quiet Yoga like setting. Lots of vegetation, nice pool area. Luis, the caretaker is extremely nice & highly attentive to our requests. He cooks...

Amazing place to stay! The waterfront area is so beautiful with all of the infinity pools and there’s plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The rooms were clean and had a huge balcony (3 bedroom penthouse). The grounds had gorgeous plants and flowers everywhere. It was relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were always kind. We want to go back soon!
Great value for money with the absolute best sunset views of the region. Very romantic.
Comfortable and good apartments. The personal is very quick, helpful and helped us throughout our stay.
There's no beach (like no sand) but many swimming pools and direct access to the sea with clear water.
Unfortunately the place doesn't have a gym which is really a shame. There is a spa available with massages...
Pros - Staff is amazing, place is stunning, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant beautiful, room was solid, view of the sea is spectacular. Deep water to snorkel. I would like to come back.
Negative - this is not a hotel that has 24 concierge, no restaurants open after 9pm, I felt horrible because I booked it same day and staff had to come back and get us situated, (staff was awesome). no...
We visited Tracadero Beach Club with my family just for a day pass, and it was definitely the perfect place. The day pass includes your food and drink consumption inside the club, and if you go over the amount, you only pay the difference, which is very convenient.
The staff was extremely attentive and always making sure we were comfortable. The cocktails, appetizers, and restaurant food were all...
What made it great?
Beautiful beach resort with amazing infinity pools. Picture-perfect.
Amazing staff. Every one of them.
What we did not like?
Very poor wifi. No hot water for bath. Using locker was not straightforward.
Beach club had no music, no energy, just 5-6 people across all the pools. It can be good for relaxing and taking photos but then it starts getting boring. It felt all the fun was...
Beautiful place, great ocean view and very nice staff. Food was delicious.
