We had the elite club swim up suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable.the new remodel is amazing. Being elite, we had excellent service and food options. The elite pool and bar service is so worth the extra charge.

Great location. (visited 2 years ago) This place is great because of its proximity to Bavaro beach. The rooms and facilities have a lot of room for improvement but you're here for Bacaro beach to enjoy the white sand, blue waters, and coastal climate. Staff are super nice. Rooms are decent but I didn't come here to lounge in the rooms. I came for the beach

Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. Pretty good for the price. The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels.

We were there last February and loved it we did not encounter anything like some of the reviews say we were there for 2 weeks and it was perfect pool was always clean and I would give the food a 9 out of 10 great places

We're currently staying in the hotel and the price-quality ratio is good. Lots of variety in the food each day. And enough choices in beverages, within the all inclusive formula. We had a great time, the staff was very helpful in making our stay aweome. Everyone from Juan at check in making sure everyone went smooth and stress free to Jancey taking checking in to make sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis and Hugo at the pool bar keeping my drinks full. We found stale, slimy and smelly watermelon and beans in the buffet multiple times. We also saw completely dried up pancakes and other meat and items like chicken coz they were directly placed on a hot surface. Other than food, the place was clean and reasonably priced.

The historic Colonial Zone hotel has a great staff, Quirico & Barbara, to name a few, but they were all very kind and professional. Their amenities and rooms were excellent and clean. But the best part is that you just have to walk three short blocks to right from the front of the hotel, and two blocks up and you will be smack in the middle of Parque Cristóbal!
