This was a very nice hotel. Courteous reception staff. The room was clean and big. The shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Across the road is a shopping and restaurant area. Stayed 4 nights. Shuttle pickup location wasn’t clearly marked leaving the airport exit after customs. Shuttle arrived quite quickly. Room wasn’t ready at 10:30am so had breakfast across the street. I stayed here for 6 nights as a single lady wanting to enjoy the Dominican resort town atmosphere but not be so isolated in a resort. Nice hotel and relatively affordable

Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.

Good value. Just one night and flew next day. Nice big room and comfy bed, water was at best luke warm, breakfast was average. There was however a cafe/ bar across the road (Cuban) that was great.

We arrived in the evening; it was raining, and we had to walk to the far end of the complex. The walkways were flooded, and the reception staff didn't have any umbrellas. The water was so high that our shoes and socks were completely soaked. The rooms shown in the photos are probably in the front part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms. One for our 2 sons (16 & 19), one for our daughters (14, 16 & 18), and one for us. Me and my husbands room smelled so bad of sewage, i could not sleep. We complained and they changed us to a much better room. The air conditioner was broken but they did try to fix it right away. When they couldn't, they offered another room. We didn't want to change again so we asked for a fan....

Nice beach but you have to walk through another hotel to get there. Staff are very nice!! Food was not good at all. Bedroom was okay but there was a leak in the bathroom roof.

We specifically booked this hotel for one night because of the rooftop pool shown as the main photo online. It was the primary reason for choosing this property. The buffets were good, had themes and good variety. Some of the restaurants that didn't need reservations had long waits.

Cons: We took our own wash clothes (different fabric) and the cleaning staff took them and never returned them to us. The rooms are dated with minor issues. There was a light fixture that was hanging off the wall when we arrived to our room. Flies was on food that wasn’t being monitored. Food quality questionable and food choices repetitive. Beach peddlers and their hasslers trying to sell something...

Our 3rd time in this hotel and we don't have any reason to try another place

It's our second stay in the property and we loved every second of it. Stuff is always ready to help with a genuine smile on their faces.

The staff was great but the food was very average. I did wish there was greater entertainment that didn’t include guest and something included for the kids to get them out of the sun… like a game room that was not for money. Beds and room were cozy. Circus was great. Again staff was amazing!

We stayed at Hotel coastal love in Punta Cana the last night we were in Punta Cana. It was an older hotel amenities were great. The man greeted my great nephews with a bar pizza. I have never seen that much care for clientele that he had never met in my entire life and I’m 75 I would give them a 5.0 on the scale of just being tremendous human

Close to the airport. Rooms are average, the area is quite noisy. For a stopover it is more than ok. Hotel stuff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast ok too.

This is a small clean and affordable hotel... for the price I paid i really can't complain... staff is great, rooms are clean. I read about the noise, and there is a lot of noise, but I did not find it unbearable....all in all, I would recommend it, at least for a couple nights....

I would like to thank the owner and other workers for the warm welcome and help with everything we needed. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We were very satisfied.
