Many attractions like a water park, swimming pools (some with heated water), amusement park, VR devices, bikes, roller skates, small museum & great food served in 11 restaurants (and few additional snack bars) - all together and much more. I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.

The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a shopping mall.

The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum. The room size is decent, and the balcony offers beautiful views of the Nile River and the bustling Cairo cityscape at night. The lobby is grand, and the singer in the evenings has a lovely voice. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very nice hotel. Located a bit outside the center too so it’s good to relax when you are there. Only downside little activities in the hotel.

The only downside was that the shower wasn't restocked with shampoo and body wash. It was a bit inconvenient to have to step out to the bathtub for body wash while showering. Breakfast was decent, and I slept very well.

Facilities: Very new, recently renovated, no issues at all. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: A bit far from the Embassy Island and the Pyramids, it's about halfway between the Pyramids and the airport, taking roughly half an hour to reach either. Service: Friendly and problem-free.

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort. All you can do is relax on swimming pool and eat during your stay. I would highly recommend the resort owners to provide some activities/services as well instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants.

I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals.
