Housekeeping was outstanding, special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Sarah for their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. I sincerely appreciate the room upgrade, which added an extra level of comfort to my stay.
All staff members I encountered were courteous and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The only small suggestion I would mention is, that the windows should not be allowed to be opened fully, just for the safety of children. Regardless they have child safety locks …
