Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort. All you can do is relax on swimming pool and eat during your stay. I would highly recommend the resort owners to provide some activities/services as well instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants.

I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals. We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

The place is quiet and beautiful... the staff are excellent (or the crew is special). One of the things I liked was the live music during dinner. The food is very good, but not luxurious (or not fancy) in the sense that you won't find shrimp (or prawns) or steak. The beach is beautiful, but it is rocky, unfortunately.
