Just finished a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Being able to use all 3 hotels is just great. So much space and choice. Rooms are a little dated but other than that, its perfect. I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.

The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a shopping mall.

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The service was good. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression. Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc. Unlimited food menu is another add on to the whole show where anyone can enjoy sweet and delicious pastries, variety of coffees, breads, soft drinks, beer etc. (all unlimited). Good stay overall.

I spent one week there with my 4 year old daughter. We both enjoyed it very much. The rooms are very comfy all the hotel is beautyful and spacious. the food is delicious, its something there for all tastes. The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel...

Everything was fine, although we didn't get the room we were supposed to have, and it was noisy (impossible to sleep before 11 pm or even later, because of the end of the shows that take place every night, plus the renovations in the rooms next door). It's great to have shows every night, but when you have to go on excursions at midnight and you can't sleep, it's very annoying. As a content creator...

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming...

The staff was very friendly and not pushy. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner very much, as the chefs and service staff were very friendly. The Seafood dinner was very disappointing, as the starters were served frozen at the bottom (too long in the chiller). The rest of the meal was also not as good as in the other Restaurants.
