Just finished a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Being able to use all 3 hotels is just great. So much space and choice. Rooms are a little dated but other than that, its perfect. I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

The room I was assigned was nice, but the hotel service was just average, and I didn't like the food.

Check-in took 40 minutes, I've never taken that long. The staff at the check-in counter had a really bad attitude, and when I asked when I'd be done, they impatiently replied, "Just wait." The massage was outsourced to a third party, which is very unprofessional; I wouldn't recommend going there. The app's response time was also very slow.

The club suite I booked had a truly stunning view, but it was quite far from the restaurant and check-in area, requiring a considerable amount of walking and waiting for the shuttle bus. I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.

The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum. The room size is decent, and the balcony offers beautiful views of the Nile River and the bustling Cairo cityscape at night. The lobby is grand, and the singer in the evenings has a lovely voice. Breakfast was plentiful.

Judging by the hotel's pictures in net, it might seem new, but it's an old hotel; its half meter deep, you can't swim more than that its limited space... Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. Everything here is perfect! Friendly staff, wonderful food, nice rooms, great swimming pools. There is also all inclusive lunch 12-3pm on the beach by the pier. This wasn't here last year. If you wanna catch up the first row space on the beach, wake up early! Place your towels and also something else on the sunbeds otherwise Russians are coming to steal your bed. The best hotel I've ever spent my vacation in. Great service. Wonderful entertainment program. I'd especially like to praise Asia, the animator. She has wonderful energy for the guests, and her creativity and commitment are wonderful. She is the best.

Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort. All you can do is relax on swimming pool and eat during your stay. I would highly recommend the resort owners to provide some activities/services as well instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants.

We were welcomed on arrival, despite being early (9.30am) we were allowed to go for breakfast and we were checked in by 10.30. The resort definitely looks a bit tired in places. Older but very nice hotel, lots of greenery and great pools. The food is very good, new dining rooms and a perfect choice for everyone. The rooms are older but nicely maintained. We had room 2508 and Tawfek cleaned. His care of the room and our comfort was perfect. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend his services to everyone. Thank you.

Excellent stay — highly recommended! Although we only stayed for 2 days, this was a fantastic place to stay. The lounge food was outstanding, and the staff provided excellent service.
