I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals. We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized...you need no worries about food...the thing that I did not like is the room service ... sheets were not changed until I asked... nor the water bottles ... trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out... little things but it does matter ... though I liked being there and...
