Just finished a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Being able to use all 3 hotels is just great. So much space and choice. Rooms are a little dated but other than that, its perfect. I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

The room I was assigned was nice, but the hotel service was just average, and I didn't like the food.

Check-in took 40 minutes, I've never taken that long. The staff at the check-in counter had a really bad attitude, and when I asked when I'd be done, they impatiently replied, "Just wait." The massage was outsourced to a third party, which is very unprofessional; I wouldn't recommend going there. The app's response time was also very slow.

The club suite I booked had a truly stunning view, but it was quite far from the restaurant and check-in area, requiring a considerable amount of walking and waiting for the shuttle bus. I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.

The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum. The room size is decent, and the balcony offers beautiful views of the Nile River and the bustling Cairo cityscape at night. The lobby is grand, and the singer in the evenings has a lovely voice. Breakfast was plentiful.

Judging by the hotel's pictures in net, it might seem new, but it's an old hotel; its half meter deep, you can't swim more than that its limited space... Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. Very tired hotel in need of a lot of maintenance, pools great rooms OK but in need of work, food very poor even speciality restaurants not good, and majority of staff lacking any warmth, overall not a great trip

I wouldn’t say this hotel was five star for seven days we had no hot water for four days to lift didn’t work, but that’s the last of my complaints for anything that was wrong they compensated four fold. We spent two lovely weeks at this hotel and truly soaked up the holiday vibes. The food was tasty and varied, the animation team brought great energy and fun to every day. The entire staff was friendly. The lack of cleanliness or hot watter issues did not affect our stay at all and never took away from our good mood.
