Staff were helpful, attentive, and always around when needed. The all-inclusive was the cherry on the top - the kids made the most of the icecreams and soda and desserts while we enjoyed our non-stop supply of caffeine

Thr rooms were clean and spacious - drinks and fruits are delivered everyday to the room. The park was amazing! There were rides for all ages. As a family of 4, we had a ball

The lifeguards were very professional and friendly. The only challenge we had was because of the winter, the pool water was cold. That didnt deter us from the rides though

Complex is so big it wasn’t easy keeping up to date with entertainment Egyptian people are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place for everyone to enjoy. FYI I’ve never experienced heat or humidity like it

Many attractions like a water park, swimming pools (some with heated water), amusement park, VR devices, bikes, roller skates, small museum & great food served in 11 restaurants (and few additional snack bars) - all together and much more

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

Also, people with dissabilities can go to the toilet at as many places as non-disabled people, you don't see that often

The reception staff made checking in very easy. The restaurant was always clean and tidy and there was always plenty of choice

Very big resort, with a lot of nice pools and water slides. Beds at the pool could be more, they were mostly full

Nice beach, where you can stay at a sister hotel, but you need to bring your own towels there, bc they have not enough

Also they were not nice when they ask something “e. g: pool is closed please leave and let me get the towel. “ this kind of behavior is not nice especially in Rixos. But generally is ok the best hotel in Sharm!

I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip. com transfer the money I payed extra. Even before I got back to Norway

Had great food and Junior Suite, can recommend. Both the Hotel, Egypt and Trip

You can travel inside of the hotel with buggy buses 7/24 which is nice not wasting time or get exhausted to reach beach pool restaurants etc

Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Lunch we never bothered to go as we didn’t like the options apart from the chicken nuggets soup and chicken (we are not picky eaters btw) Dinner we would always have soup , there would be roast turkey/chicken/beef/lamb The seafood option would be shrimp/paella or something similar

We got really bored of the food so we decided to eat out for dinner mainly (there’s really good restaurants nearby!) The pools were nice but water wasn’t heated and we went in February so it would’ve been nice

Personally we didn’t see the point in tipping waters as we were getting everything for ourselves including drinks coffee food… Personally I wouldn’t revisit this hotel but the experience was nice

Breakfast you’d have omelette made to your request, all types of fresh bread, veg, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, pancakes and cereal

But In all the fact that you have access to all 3 resorts is really cool and helpful I guess you get to access 3 different buffets

Children’s entertainment was very nice also

The entire Prestige Domina team, including Honey Butler Manager, Helmet, and Mohamed Fouda, as well as the butler teams, Plaisir restaurant team, Prestige beach team, and Blue Lake restaurant team, demonstrated outstanding hospitality and meticulous attention to detail

This hotel offers everything one could desire for an ideal vacation: a beautiful coral reef with a superb swimming area, a private beach and pontoon, and a restaurant serving delicious dishes

The massages here are outstanding. Fantastic beach with coral and some marine life. You will see divers, diving from the docks. They have a SCUBA shop and a technical shop here for all of your driving needs

We have visited various hotels in Egypt, and Domina Coral Bay Prestige has unequivocally emerged as our favorite

There are many attractions, including boats that travel between the restaurants and the beach – which is great. The rooms and their amenities are very nice, and they are cleaned daily – excellent

A very nice hotel, located right by the beach. Everyone can find something for themselves here. There are swimming pools, a beach, and a pier from which you can go down and swim in the sea

A wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and attentive staff. An excellent buffet, and a heated pool open in the winter.

There are also several restaurants, and this is where I’d like to pause for a moment. The interior of the restaurants where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served feels more like city cafeterias

One more thing that really irritated me: it was hard to enjoy a proper meal because the waiters would clear the plates before we had even finished – quite annoying. Overall, I recommend it, but…

The food is boring, repetitive, and the same regardless of the day of the week. For fans of chicken, fries, and pizza, it will be fine. However, I expected something more from a five-star hotel

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

The only downside is that it's so popular, rooms are hard to book. I hope it continues to improve!

A special mention is required by the waiters and the hall manager Ahmed, who never once ignored our arrival, and are happy to bring any drinks

Housekeeping was excellent, with rooms cleaned every day and fresh bed linen provided daily. The staff added a lovely Egyptian touch, folding towels creatively and beautifully — it really made the room feel special

A good hotel. There's a pier, usually crowded. The beach is gently sloping and sandy. The shallows are 50 meters deep. The room service was great, courtesy of Walid Achmed.8

There are multiple pools, all clean and inviting, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and perfect for keeping active during the stay

Access is via a pier, and while the reef area can sometimes feel busy, the beach itself remained peaceful and never overcrowded

The only downside was the small snorkeling area and the big waves, which was a slight drawback for snorkeling enthusiasts

The hotel rooms were of Home Inn standard, with grouty finishes and poor cleanliness. Public area facilities were of five-star resort hotel standard

The beach was stunning, the pool was very clean, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. This hotel is highly recommended! 😄

The coral reef near the hotel is also great for snorkeling. You can rent snorkels at the hotel. The food at the buffets is excellent, with a wide selection! Check-in was a bit slow, but otherwise the service was good

The environment was beautiful, truly beyond words. I just wanted to relax here, eating, drinking, and strolling around every day. All meals and drinks were free, and there were service points just a few steps away

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I could watch the sunrise right from the balcony, and the room service was excellent. It felt just like home, with no awkwardness of being in a foreign country

Special mention to the lifeguard sayeed at the heated pool, hossam behind the bar at the pool and wael in the dining area

Booking a massage in the spa is an absolute must, this is one of the reasons I keep coming back… I’ve never had a massage like it! Whilst at the airport about to come home, our flight was cancelled and easyJet put us up in a lovely hotel in Nabaq Bay

They remembered us from when we stayed in May 2025, even down to names and one of my friends being South African (mind blowing when you think how many people they have met in the last 6 months)

We also booked a boat trip through Hassan from Marina divers, he was so friendly and chatty. Thank you to all the staff for another incredible week. We are both truly grateful ☺️

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at Concorde and I couldn’t have been more happier with my stay. I cannot fault the staff at the hotel one little bit

The cleaner in our room (1166) but cannot remember his name did such a great job and everyday we came back to a different arrangement on our beds

Entertainment and facilities are plentiful; the hotel has its own beach and yachts for snorkeling trips (priced at 60 Egyptian pounds per person)

The cleaning staff are meticulous in what the do and round all pools by day staff are their to make your stay comfortable. The beach is across the road and also has food and drink included in the all inclusive package

The beach is far away. The room lights are dim. The facilities are old. It's a bit noisy when there are many people.

The hotel is a large resort with five restaurants, numerous bars and lounges. All meals are included in the room rate

There are a huge number of Caucasian tourists (Europeans and Americans) and very few Asian tourists. The staff is also plentiful, and every waiter is very friendly and welcoming, and they don't solicit tips

Beware of the shop to the right of the hotel's back entrance; it's nicely decorated but a tourist trap

We had to change because the first one was nearby the disco and therefore very noisy after 11pm. The second room was perfect, quiet and sunny. The pools are great and most of the staff was very friendly

Good hotel overall, food is good, lots of things to do and the evening program is nice. Service is quite good, but markedly better when the hotel isn’t fully booked

Avoid the waterslides, they’re not entirely safe, had an accident there ourselves because they weren’t tuned correctly. You won’t regret booking it, but there are minor annoyances

The efficiency of the staff at the main restaurant was lacking speed and therefore long queues occured. Simple adjustments could increase speed threefold

We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room cleaning was consistently excellent

The slides were at times a bit crowded and unfortunately closed sometimes because of strong winds - which should not have an influence on the slides

We would especially like to mention Hassan, whose warm personality, dedication, and helpfulness made our holiday truly special. He always greeted us with a smile and was there for us in every situation

If I couldn't contact the front desk, they would be happy to help me. Thank you! I booked a boat to go out to sea at the hotel, which is safe and convenient. I saw a lot of fish and corals while snorkeling!

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! The staff round the pool can’t do enough for you, always checking to see if you want a drink or you’re comfy/ need anything, very friendly all round

Ali always asked if we were happy and needed anything else and made sure we were well looked after at the Rixos. Staff throughout the hotel were absolutely fantastic and the food is incredible

Room for improvement: Ordering food/beverages from the beach, birds picking at unattended food/beverages, nicer recreational areas (billard). We preferred Half-board over All inclusive

our room was massive with a lovely massive bed and a lovely little balcony. The location was lovely right on the beach. The hotel manager was so incredibly helpful

We stayed in room 1227 which gets plenty of sunshine on the balcony. Food was ok but some of the bar staff in the lobby could do with being a bit more pleasant towards guests. I would go back to this hotel

I wouldn’t say this hotel was five star for seven days we had no hot water for four days to lift didn’t work, but that’s the last of my complaints for anything that was wrong they compensated four fold

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

We found that very rude, like a scam. We also loved the dinners at the beach bar, with the delicious barbecue, and the Greek restaurant

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

During the trip, the driver used his phone while driving, to translate, and pressure us to tip him at the airport, saying things like "usually they tip me 15eur but it depends on your integrity" and other similar stuff

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

The slides amazing so much fun for all the family ! The kids club also great my kids loved it. Beach a little outch to walk out in so would advise sea shoes but beautiful beach area and lots of fish to see

I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean

The animation team are FAB ! So friendly. We met lots of lovely people working here. And we would 100% reccomened staying here

Rooms are spacious and clean, would be desired to renew plumbing but for its price is ok. Territory of hotel is really big, green, with playground, private beach and aquapark. Is available heated outdoor pool (29°)
