1. The room is equipped with a indoor gas heater, which is very dangerous due to the possibility of CO poisoning. Even worse, the heater is shared by another room, that means, you may die while your neighbor is taking a nice shower. I requested to change to another room and they agreed.
2. The second room i stayed was full of mosquitoes. At night, I woke up several times and killed 7 mosquitoes, on the second day when i got up, I still saw at least 5 mosquitoes resting on the wall and ceiling. I asked the receptionist for anything to deal with the problem, he can only offer me an insecticide.
3. The room I stayed was very noisy, I can hear every noise from the road, and it made my sleep very bad.
We had not stayed a night in the room but good for money what they are charging. Location in the heart of Cairo. All markets are very close to this property. We can go by walk without any problems. The hotel starts from 6th floor but the rest of the building is like a Zombie building!! No one moves around and it's an old building but good condition. Cleanliness we can give 4 out of 10. Staff was very nice & helpful.
Not noisy as expected, well functioning airconditioner, comfortable beds you will enjoy sleeping here, close to everything i needed, receptionists are polite and helpful, also Mr.Sami is here to help whenever you needed.
