Great hotel. Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Pool service is 5 star. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Lively outdoor area. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style.
TLDR: great complex, decent restaurants, and mediocre rooms. BE AWARE: the cleaning crew/ hotel workers go through your rooms looking for money to steal. They have safes in the room, but… they control the safes, so be careful what you leave lying around. They did not mess with our electronics or documents. We know this because a member of our group caught a hotel worker going through his bags and...
After reading some negative reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous and in a top location. It is an ugly city and this place is like an oasis. Good service and great food (Hard to come by in Cairo) Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but it still feels premium enough to warrant 5 stars. For the price it's a steal.
This hotel had a lot to offer! Many restaurants and they were able to make sure I had gluten free options. They even have gluten free bread available if you ask at all the restaurants, room service and always available at the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were tough - I ended up switching rooms once but my colleague switched theirs 4x because it smelt like smoke. Its tough cause they have a no...
We had a wonderful overnight stay. We spent our wedding night at this hotel in 2006, so we celebrated 18 years of marriage on a trip from Australia to Cairo this year. The member of staff who made our stay memorable is Joseph in reception. Thank you Joseph for your outstanding service. We enjoyed the French restaurant for dinner, the garden for shisha and cocktails, the buffet breakfast (exceptional...
THE BEST HOTEL IN CAIRO!! The hotel and surroundings are very fancy and classy and the atmosphere of the bar near the pool at the sunset is basically unbeatable. We did not stay there to sleep but we got the bar as a recommendation from friends and we did not hesitate to order some cocktails. The place is huge and quite and offers lots of tables to have some drinks, food and even to watch some football...

The hotel is located next to the mall and has direct access to the mall. The environment is particularly good with a unique Egyptian flavor. The swimming pool is pyramid-shaped and the breakfast is also good.
Egypt is a place that is hard to describe. Entering the hotel is a civilized world, clean and tidy. Walking out of the hotel is a primitive society with dust and dilapidated houses. Facilities: The lobby and the swimming pool are nice. I don't know which "Tiancai" designer designed the room. The room is small, but the balcony is triangular and very small. Two adults can barely stand together. Hygiene...
Great Stay! Highly recommended.
Booked an ergonomic twin room, which turned out to be a newly renovated room. Valet parking is free at the hotel entrance. There is a passage on the right hand side of the hotel entrance that leads directly to the City Star shopping mall next door. I came here for this. It is convenient for shopping, but many stores don't open until 10:30. The supermarket is open earlier and opens until 2 am! The breakfast...
The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities
The stay was lovely, The place was clean and very close to the airport. Enjoyed the stay and the professional hotel staff which was so friendly and helpful Meals was fantastic and with very good variety. Excellent destination which i am sure that i will come again.

Started renovating the hotel so after a little-while it will be great hotel. Mr. Samual at the reception was very helpful. Manager at the lobby bar was rude and asked me leave the table if I have finished the coffee, at 10PM on 17th July. I was enjoying the live music but he ruined.
We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window. It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options.
Location was perfect, cleanliness was good, however service was terrible, had to call room service multiple time for coffee or vanity kit and still they did not provide. The room service staff was not very pleasant to talk to. They should also have spa facilities.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hilton Ramses Hotel in Cairo. The location is perfect—right on the Nile with breathtaking views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering both modern amenities and classic charm. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, professional,...
Wonderful the way she approached me and asked me what I like was a smile. I was surprised of the great hospitality in that hotel KK. I have forgotten to mention the breakfast. It's wonderful it's not a breakfast. Only it's everything you're gonna have breakfast lunch and dinner at the same time and the staff specially youra Hassan. You should see her smile. I am convinced back in the 80's, this hotel was considered to be the height of luxury. In 2025, most people would disagree. It's a good 45-minute walk to the main centre whilst other similar classes of hotels like Semiramis were much closer. Staff were polite, but the service was poor. The waiting time at checkin exceeded 40 minutes. It was noticeable that there were more staff on the other side of...
Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff, rooms are immaculately clean. Restaurants are among the best I’ve ever eaten in. It was my birthday during my stay and they even delivered a birthday cake to my room. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. His was my view from a Nile River Room with king bed and balcony
Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean throughout. Comfortable rooms, facilities good. Italian and Japanese restaurants excellent, breakfast great quality
Good hotel facing Nile river with convenience stalls and restaurants within 5mins walking distance. In house restaurants are reasonably priced too. Massage in house can be improved as not quite up to standard. Very good gym - commercial standard. Swimming pool though not big but functional and heated during winter. Rooms well maintained - stayed premium room with balcony facing Nile river.
The service we received was excellent and the communication was top notch. We had some issues which they resolved or offered solutions immediately such as changing rooms because our shower was leaking water onto floor when we showered. Ultimately it was caulking around the glass to walls but they didn't do it. Our card also was hit and miss sometimes with our room. Otherwise the location is good...

The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying views of the city and pyramids. I recommend this hotel to those looking for a luxury experience in the heart of Cairo."
Our recent stay at Fairmont Nile City in Cairo was fantastic. My husband and I found the breakfast to be quite enjoyable, amazing selection, and the staff were very helpful throughout our time there. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single person we came in contact with provided top notch service. The food was spectacular; their breakfast buffet was to die for! We also had 2 meals in the restaurant Saigon (sushi was fabulous) and one at Bab El Nil (wonderful Mediterranean food). The sky pool was super nice too! 5 stars all the way.
The staff is amazing. We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction. A terrific, well manged hotel.

It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.
Decent hotel but I expect more for the £ paid. The gym was small and located in am executive suite room. The sauna wasn't available. The towels/gowns etc were the rough cotton texture as opposed to the soft luxurious feel you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. The food was lovely but most items weren't as warm as you'd hope. The food made to order was lovely and hot. The drinks were replenished often and...
Wonderful hotel! Great stay for the money when we booked our trip with Egypt Tours Portal. The service was great! Food was wonderful! Wish we could have stayed here longer!
I enjoyed the stay but with some comments: 1. The bathroom was lacking maintenance with leaking water taps. 2. Room service was delaying every time I called. 3. The breakfast restaurant was magnificent and they have a very talented and friendly pianist 😊🌹🎩🎹 4. Garage was nice and easy to deal with by yourself.
This is really a five star hotel. I am so impressed that they have accessibility toilet. Their meals is so rich and their customer care is the best I have ever seen. This is a very good place to be. The hotel was perfect in every single detail, i really love it , great service great staff. Big thanks to Mohamed the house kipping who was cleaning my room , he was so hospitable and helpful. It is considered one of the best hotels I have stayed in, although I always stay in hotels in many countries. The hotel is luxurious and pampering, clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, and the view of the pool is wonderful, apart from the life guard who are there all the time and are always watching people, especially children. The stuff is very classy and easy to deal with .without complications My family enjoyed it, thank God, and God willing, it will not be the last time, and we will visit again♥️
I haven’t stayed in the hotel yet but I have used the spa and the restaurant. If you are looking for real Thai food in Cairo, this is the place. Beautiful restaurant, incredible menu and excellent service. Make sure to get a massage at the spa too. Super clear, and the staff are professionals. I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Cairo, and overall, the experience was very good. The location is perfect — ideal for getting around the city and visiting the main tourist spots. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Great staff Most comfortable beds ever. Amazing location and the restaurant makes lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend for third country travel during these pandemic times.
Resort is really good place to stay in and enjoy the holidays, with trees, plants, spa and swimming pool. Resort is very big in terms of land area. Only problem is the wifi is poor.
The stuff is so friendly, pool is very nice it has great rooms with all your needs. The hotel bar is a bit tiny but it's ok. The overall experience is very good
The Oasis Hotel was a great spot to stay during our time in Egypt. It was quiet inside the confines of the walls despite the cars and noise out on the street. Every vehicle is checked before being allowed through the gate, and the only entrance in has additional security. Best part is when you have the windows open and the call to prayer begins!

Loved the Indoor Landscaping, Classic and Soothing Interior, Live Music, Water Bodies, Room Service. I only wish there were more outdoor activities for example say Tennis and perhaps more options on the Buffet.
Great customer service, manager Mohamed Ezzat was amazing made sure everything was arranged properly for us before we came. Staff at the restaurant beyond accommodating, went out of their way to make sure the kids had what they asked for. great location and nice atmosphere
Wow- all around fabulous hotel. Dining options were superb and the room was 10/10. We loved the cleanliness and newness of the property, filled with plants, fine finishes and interiors. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was also amazing and the best cocktails we had in Egypt out of any other hotel
Exceptional place, service and overall just amazing. They made us feel more than at home, going above and beyond every request. They even made my kids hand-drawn images of them with special treats everyday. Was one of the best experiences we have had. Every staff member knew our names, greeted us and was very warm and accommodating.
A wonderful place to have your vacation home, close to all attractions and city tours. A bit on higher end of bargain but then you get a real royal breakfast free and good rooms for staying like a Pharoh in the middle of everything and every attraction. But be mindful no matter where you live you have to adopt yourself to haphazard traffic in the city. Happy Cairo
