After reading some negative reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous and in a top location. It is an ugly city and this place is like an oasis. We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window. It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options.

The service we received was excellent and the communication was top notch. We had some issues which they resolved or offered solutions immediately such as changing rooms because our shower was leaking water onto floor when we showered. Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is equipped. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good. The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.

The room was nice and spacious and the service was very good. I would have rated it 4 stars, but the music at the pool restaurant was ridiculously loud even though everyone there was over 40 and nobody was at the pool. Also the Internet was almost non-existent. The Oasis Hotel was a great spot to stay during our time in Egypt. It was quiet inside the confines of the walls despite the cars and noise out on the street. Every vehicle is checked before being allowed through the gate, and the only entrance in has additional security. Best part is when you have the windows open and the call to prayer begins!

The staff was wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was also amazing and the best cocktails we had in Egypt out of any other hotel

Exceptional place, service and overall just amazing. They made us feel more than at home, going above and beyond every request. They even made my kids hand-drawn images of them with special treats everyday. Was one of the best experiences we have had. Every staff member knew our names, greeted us and was very warm and accommodating.

A wonderful place to have your vacation home, close to all attractions and city tours. A bit on higher end of bargain but then you get a real royal breakfast free and good rooms for staying like a Pharoh in the middle of everything and every attraction. But be mindful no matter where you live you have to adopt yourself to haphazard traffic in the city. Happy Cairo
