One mor big big plus - ice machines with mineral water ice on every floor - in general it’s a nice hotel but more like 4 star standard than 5

Honestly, the stay was disappointing. The floors were not well maintained, and I found the bathroom to be in a very unpleasant condition. The shower tap was leaking, which made things worse

The only thing I would recommend is a slightly more modern mixer faucet for the shower rather than having to fiddle with two valves in order to get to the right temperature

Very nice hotel. Located a bit outside the center too so it’s good to relax when you are there. Only downside little activities in the hotel.

The only downside was that the shower wasn't restocked with shampoo and body wash. It was a bit inconvenient to have to step out to the bathtub for body wash while showering. Breakfast was decent, and I slept very well.

Environment: A bit far from the Embassy Island and the Pyramids, it's about halfway between the Pyramids and the airport, taking roughly half an hour to reach either. Service: Friendly and problem-free

One small point only , i didn’t like the way of service i had yesterday from the lady in the lobby’s coffee shop, her name is Sara , she was not hospitable at all with bad attitude comparing to the other ladies who were so polite , like Jihan a very sweet lady

Extremely close to the airport, just about a five-minute drive. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. The environment is very comfortable and the service is excellent.

I ran out of tissues, so I asked the front desk for some. The cleaning staff member who brought them to me asked me if I needed cleaning, if I should get more water, and if I would prefer toilet paper

The hotel was very clean, and the lobby was pleasant with plenty of chairs to sit and relax. The swimming pool was right outside, and there were tables and chairs around it where you could sit, chat, and have a drink.

A few years ago I stayed in this beautiful hotel in the pyramid area after a 5 day cruise on the Nile. At first glance it was perfect! Excellent entrance, huge and sumptuous

The food was continental but absolutely edible. The garden with swimming pools is also beautiful, so you can relax after a day of sightseeing. It was a great hotel, I hope it hasn't changed for the worse
