Great hotel. Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Pool service is 5 star. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Lively outdoor area. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style.

TLDR: great complex, decent restaurants, and mediocre rooms. BE AWARE: the cleaning crew/ hotel workers go through your rooms looking for money to steal. After reading some negative reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous and in a top location. It is an ugly city and this place is like an oasis. We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window. It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options.

Location was perfect, cleanliness was good, however service was terrible, had to call room service multiple time for coffee or vanity kit and still they did not provide. The room service staff was not very pleasant to talk to. They should also have spa facilities.

The service we received was excellent and the communication was top notch. We had some issues which they resolved or offered solutions immediately such as changing rooms because our shower was leaking water onto floor when we showered. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single person we came in contact with provided top notch service. The food was spectacular; their breakfast buffet was to die for! Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is equipped. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good. The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are comfortably large with a sitting area and a deck. The large swimming pool was beautiful. Early mornings are a treat with the beautiful blue pool and the gardens. Breakfast had a huge spread of continental and freshly prepared eggs in various styles. Beautiful grounds, gardens and pool area. Rooms are satisfactory, breakfast and dinner are good. Take mosquito repellent, they're everywhere. Staff were friendly and the price was good value.
