I booked a 4-night stay. I arrived after midnight and was shocked to find the room extremely dirty and unacceptable. Due to the level of uncleanliness, I could not stay there. I requested to cancel the booking and even suggested paying for one night only instead of the full four nights, as a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, the management refused. I was given only two unacceptable options: either wait a few hours until morning and then leave while still being charged for the full stay, or continue the entire stay despite the filthy conditions. This response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Cleanliness is the most basic standard of hospitality, and the way this situation was handled was very disappointing.

Super service and customer care from all the staff. The River Nile view rooms are wonderful and excellent value for money. Good location for exploring Cairo. I visited the new Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza and it was 20 minutes by taxi. Just the Grand Hall and Staircase open so far but well worth a visit. If arriving by Go Bus, a short taxi ride from Tahrir station. Plenty of restaurants around with Nile views.

Hotel is good and convenient
The hotel was inside an old building at 15th floor. We were really shocked when we had arrived, the elevator was old and slow. After arrival, the hotel was not really bad. Our room was clean and having the nice view with Nile River. The staff was nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was convenient, it was easy to call a taxi.

I stayed in a suite, and the facilities were good, including the bed, sofa, and air conditioning.
The view of the Nile was also nice.
However, the wifi was too weak to use.
There were also no amenities such as shampoo or body soap, and no hair dryer.
Also, when the chair I sat on broke, they tried to charge me $20, even though it was clearly worn out with age.

Would highly recommend, very quiet and peaceful with a great a view of the Nile river, Cairo tower and Cairo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Such a cute little hotel, on the water with beautiful view of the city. The lady at reception called “Dream” was such a gem. Friendly , sassy and super helpful. By far one of the best hosting experiences we had during our Egypt trip. Fluent in English and a total gem. Advising on areas to visit , called an uber for us to the market and back to airpirt! “don’t take taxi , they overcharge the foreigners”! Great advice ! Rooms were very clean and great after our long hours trip from Aswan. Thankyou Dream and Nile boutique team!

The building looked shady and the elevators were really scary, as one of it didn't even have doors, we were skeptical about the hotel but when we reached to our surprise, it was maintained really well. It had the view of cairo tower and nile from the lobby as well as our room window.
Moreover, the receptionists were really polite and helpful, I'd like to thank Mr. Wasim, Ms. Savah, and Mr Khalid(Receptionists) for their attitude towards us, and they even helped us get our PCR tests done right at the hotel as we were transiting through the country, along with that they helped us make a list of places we should visit. So 4 stars specially for them and the maintenance of hotel. The breakfast was okayish. But, the staff was really nice and so were the rooms. It is probably the best deal one can get in downtown cairo.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at the entrance was very dusty and dirty with lots of stairs and the hotel was on the 15th floor the elevator was very small and slow the staff was very rude and dismissive we booked for a room with the view of the Nile but they gave us one with the view of some houses the sheets carpet walls and couch had stains on them and they were very dusty and the the lights were broken and the ac was very hot we left the day after and they took half the money we paid for even though we stayed for 1 of 3 days and when we were leaving the room they insisted on checking the room as if we stole something but they ended up stealing our juice over all this hotel deserves 0 stars and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

An amazing Hotel with fabulous views, amazing staff and especially the Hotel Manager. Food was excellent and also the room. Definitely 10/10 experience. It's for sure the first place where I will stay as soon as I am back in Cairo 🇪🇬♥️
