Al Masa Hotel Nasr City in Cairo

Stayed here for 7 nights. The worst experience of our life. We have stayed at a lot of resorts and hotel globally, but this place takes the lead in worst hotel service. First night we checked in, given a king size bed. Room was above a loud wedding party that went till 11am. Then the toilet didnt work and kept on running. Complained to front desk manager, he said we could move to another room but hotel only had 2 twin bed rooms available. I don't think that was true because the hotel seemed empty. No other guest in the lobby. We moved to another room, room key didn't work and when finally entered only one towel in the bathroom. Every day cleaning, housekeeping didnt provide any hand towel or 2 bath towel for our use. After complaining every night they didnt care to correct the issue. I had to call housekeeping every night for towels. The final insult to injury was when the extra key didnt work and after 5 complaints later finally worked. But to top the crappy stay, we returned back to our room after a long day to smell sewage in our room. People working in this hotel are very dismissive and not really try to resolve issues. Its a beautiful resorts and much bling but no quality in service or room maintenance. Its not 5 star but more like a 2 star motel
