If you’re looking for an unforgettable breakfast experience in Cairo, the Steigenberger Hotel is the place to be! From the moment we stepped into the dining area, we were captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance that perfectly blends luxury with comfort.

The breakfast spread was nothing short of spectacular. With a vast selection of both local and international dishes, there was truly something for everyone. Freshly baked pastries, an array of cheeses, and an impressive selection of fruits showcased the quality of ingredients and the love that goes into each dish. The made-to-order omelette station was a highlight, allowing us to customize our meal exactly to our liking.

But what made our breakfast experience truly exceptional was our wonderful waitress, Sherouk. Her warm smile and attentive service transformed our meal into something special. Sherouk was not only knowledgeable about the menu, providing recommendations that enhanced our dining experience, but she also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her genuine enthusiasm for her job and her willingness to make our morning memorable truly stood out.

In summary, breakfast at the Steigenberger Hotel in Cairo is a delightful experience, made even better by the outstanding service from Sherouk. For anyone visiting Cairo, this breakfast is a must-try, and I can't recommend it enough!

This is supposed to be a high-end hotel, yet the kettle in my room was broken upon check-in. The breakfast spread was ample, but the cold water served by the waitress in a glass cup tasted distinctly like tap water, and I couldn't tell if it was even mineral water. I'd really suggest the hotel management try a sip of the cold water served by the waitstaff, then a sip of tap water in a guest room, and finally a sip of actual mineral water. Even a three-star hotel shouldn't have such issues.

The hotel is clean for its age, the staff are all super friendly from chef Abdulraman was the best, & Donia & Christine & Mohamed Raafat.
At the reception Mohamed made me feel as if I’m a regular quest here, very professional super friendly.
Also housekeeping very good.If I’m coming back again is cause they made me feel welcome and felt safe, as if they known me for ages.
Recommend the location if you want to see Cairo.

the breakfast is marvellous, if you are from Asia and a solo traveller, you are highly recommend to stay in this hotel, they even have a souvenior right at the lobby.

Incredible hotel! We stayed in a Steigenberger hotel in Luxor and in now in Cairo. The experience was amazing. The staff were all so helpful and it felt that they all genuinely care about guest experience. The food was outstanding - over and above what we expected. The breakfast buffet had so many options - it was exceptional.
The pool area is very nice and there is also a wellness centre, with gym and spa.
The room itself was brilliant. We opted for a pool view superior room and the facilities in the room were fantastic - it included an iron, robes and slippers, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and lotion, hairdryer, plenty of plugs, a safe, minibar (with lots of choice), and room service available. The list could go on. The housekeeping service was also brilliant. We could not fault this hotel! It's luxury within the bustling Downtown of Cairo.

Very close to the old Egyptian Museum, the Nile, and local shopping. Streets in the area are busy and quite local feel.

Like every other establishment in Egypt, need to go through security scans at the entrances.

Room is well appointed; the lobby bar hosts a singer in the evenings. Overall good.

The hotel was nice, and the room was very clean, with complimentary welcome fruits. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was the best we had during our trip to Egypt, quite rich and varied.
