I absolutely loved everything!!! It's clean, the grounds are huge, and there are a la carte restaurants. I did miss a decent coffee machine at breakfast, but that's just nitpicking. Otherwise, it's excellent for the price.

The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment. Amazing family ran hotel. We had a perfect stay here. Mohamed, the host, reached out to us a few days in advance and made sure we arrived safely. Location if is a mid point from airport and the city centre

Very close to the pyramids and the GEM. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and cleanliness is adequate. We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city.

We were given a room that was loud next to a bar and was no hot water. We asked to move and they moved us and that was nice. The staff was lovely and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.

I swear to God, one of the best hotels in Egypt in terms of dealing with the staff, brother Ashraf and Brother Sharif, and a very, very, comfortable and wonderful hotel. For me, I feel comfortable in it.

The pool has a very strong, unpleasant odor, as do the sun loungers. The exterior is nice with a good view. The dishes we ordered were far too salty. The room was clean, but nothing special; the bed was low-quality, and the pillows were a nightmare.
