Cairo Governorate, Cairo, Alexandria Desert Road-km 2.5 🧭 Map
The location is close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, but very far from the airport. You can use Didi (a ride-hailing app); the driver was happy to accept a ride for 500 Egyptian pounds, no more. The room facilities are rather outdated; the sheets and duvet covers were pilling and stained, but the room was very large. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The receptionist was particularly...
I absolutely loved everything!!! It's clean, the grounds are huge, and there are a la carte restaurants. I did miss a decent coffee machine at breakfast, but that's just nitpicking. Otherwise, it's excellent for the price.
The hotel facilities are complete, but the rooms are a bit old. Parking costs extra.
Pyramids Park Hotel is a very nice hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
The swimming pool is amazing, the food is exceptional, and the room service is very good.
The internet is fast and reliable, and the pool towels service is well organized.
Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel
The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment. I tried both the Italian and Japanese restaurants inside; the food was decent. The highlight is that you can drink alcohol… The only downside was that there wasn't enough meat at breakfast, which was a bit disappointing...
If you're staying in the Giza area, this is the place to go! The environment is fantastic, and there's even a tennis court! The breakfast is delicious too.

Check-in is by 2 PM; even if you arrive an hour early, the staff will insist on waiting until the appointed time before providing your room. The facilities are somewhat old; the shower door keeps falling off. The breakfast is mediocre, with limited choices and not to my liking.

I like the hotel concept and foods.the restaurants and bars on the hotel is perfect.
Simply no 1vhotel in cairo. Strongly recommend
We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either...
Spacious rooms, attentive service, and a plentiful breakfast
We've enjoyed an excellent stay. Westin's team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, special thanks to Reem for her attentiveness, and extraordinary effort to arrange a birthday setup for our daughter. Planning to stay again and would highly recommend
This hotel has truly become my favorite in all of New Cairo, and the spa is an essential part of why I keep returning. The hotel’s lush green areas and scenic golf spaces create a relaxing atmosphere before you even step into the spa. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, adding to the overall experience.

A very nice stay here, my fourth or fifth actually.
It was ruined by a very rude handling of my departure.
I exceeded my late checkout by 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I came to get my bags about an hour late and was checked out normally without any warning by the front desk.
When I came down again to give the key I was charged 40 usd .
Which is understandable, except that I have stayed in this hotel...
The hotel is right by the Nile, and since we had a private car, I'm not sure about public transport access. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene isn't great; the carpets looked dusty. It's passable. We arrived late and booked a room with a sofa bed. The staff promptly made up the bed, and their service was good. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was edible. If you're mostly out exploring...
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the service is good. It's within walking distance of the museum and there's a pier where you can take a boat trip. There are many good and delicious restaurants nearby, and the breakfast is good, suitable for everyone. However, there are no amenity kits provided, so remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. A very convenient feature is...
Expected more from Accor. At first when I asked to register my membership number the guy at reception said that there is no need. First time I experienced such an attitude to loyalty Programme member.
The room was ok
The hotel is dry
There is a cafe on roof top

Clean and very good room service, good quality breakfast, nice and welcoming staff except in rooftop restaurant with rude staff that treated us as if they were serving us for free while the prices for tourists are 6 times the normal prices. Noisy neighborhood during the night. All in all it was a good stay.
The front desk staff, Amr tried his best to give us an early check-in. I had booked the hotel very early and had requested for a high floor. We were given the 3rd floor (out of 6 floors) saying it was a high floor, it was the last, corner room, noisy at night with music till late at night from the park and also the door that was shared with the adjacent room was being rattled and woke us up. Instead...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Sherif Emad. Was cooperative with us during check in and made special arrangements for the room for us have to comfortable stay.
Staff ok , breakfast very good , large room but little old furniture
Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.
Everything in the room is outdated. Old worn out furniture
Small toilet,small bathtub
Fridge is not working , house keeper not trained.
Room missing a lot of basics.

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

Gerges from the upstairs restaurant was absolutely phenomenal, one of the best servers I have ever experienced in my entire life. The world needs more people like him
The hotel was nice but a lot of street noise and the elevators were a nightmare. However, the staff was excellent and Gergus in the dining room was extremely pleasant and welcoming.
In our trip back to the hotel a taxi driver took our phone by accident or on purpose. We still don't know. Mahmoud of the reception started calling at once to talk the driver to give back our phone. After 15 minutes the driver was there and asked for more money. Mahmoud negotiated and got our phone back. Thank you Mahmoud for your help! Your manager should be proud of you!
An amazing place. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, great view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace. Great breakfast as well, loved getting homemade falafel and bread in the morning. Amazing family ran hotel. We had a perfect stay here. Mohamed, the host, reached out to us a few days in advance and made sure we arrived safely. The room was a good size, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was served with a beautiful view of the pyramids and it was good. They also serve food, which we tried one night and really liked. Overall, a great stay, would 100% recommend

Everything is good and high quality! Thanks for a warm welcome.
The rooms were not over clean and very dated. Many things in the room were broken and repaired and poorly repaired. For the price of the hotel the standards was very low and very old. Staff were generally helpful but cleaning not done on time or very well but it’s hard to clean when the tiles are dirty and...
Location if is a mid point from airport and the city centre
Very close to the pyramids and the GEM. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and cleanliness is adequate. We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city.
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. Everything from the room cleanliness to the quality of amenities exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would gladly return and recommend this place to others.
We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids/GEM. In October 2025, we spent two nights at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The room was comfortable and looked out over the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). The downside? It also looked out on the highway so was fairly noisy. But, hey we were jet lagged, so that did not pose too much of a problem. The breakfast buffet had just about anything one could desire, including cold hibiscus...
Started off badly but ended on a very good and happy note. We were allocated two cottages in a area where a lot of renovation work was going on. There was a lot of noise and dust as well. We asked the front desk for a change of rooms and the same was done immediately and the new rooms we got were excellent. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was neat. Being close to the major attractions...
Hotel is situated beside a very busy road, although noise not a issue from our bungalow. Impossible to cross the road on foot to visit the fantastic Grand Egyptian Museum opposite, but we found Uber worked very well for all trips & excellent value. The hotel bungalows are very tired but kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. There is a refurb in progress, which didn't cause us any problems. ...
The location is ideal, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the bungalows are showing their age. The hotel has started renovating them, and they will be very nice. I'm sure the hotel will be much nicer once the renovation is finished. I can definitely recommend the hotel.
Hi, my sister and I really enjoyed stay the hotel. The staff is very nice, if you don't know, they will advise you. The food was delicious. The only problem was the trolleys driving around the room at 2 am. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we highly recommend the hotel even though it is being renovated.

We were given a room that was loud next to a bar and was no hot water. We asked to move and they moved us and that was nice. The staff was lovely and helpful. But not sure if it was the nights we were they but there was loud music every night till 4-5am so sleep was hard to come by. The views were great of the pyramids, but sleep is important.
The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The room is clean and tidy. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the food is good.
Once we walked into this hotel everyone made us feel safe and everyone was so friendly and nice it made us feel more at home rather. Would definitely recommend to others for there stay/visit in Egypt 🇪🇬 ❤️😊 My friend and I will definitely be back at Egypt and when we do we will make sure to book this hotel again for the next time❤️
There is no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel, which is incomprehensible. The hotel often has power outages, 4-5 times a day, the breakfast is very poor, and the restaurant has no air conditioning, the environment is very unfriendly.
This hotel is 15 minutes away from the pyramids. The balcony can see the pyramids. The price-performance ratio is not high, I will not stay there next...
We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.
The location of the hotel is very good. The pyramid view room is worth staying in. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is not good. However, this should be the most cost-effective hotel nearby that can see the pyramids.

Rooms are good but the rugs require a deep clean. Breakfast has many options and could be liked by people living in Egypt, the food was mid for me as a South Asian. Location is a bit far from old city but close to the airport. Overall it's a nice place to stay
Good place for a night's stay.
I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

Don't bother wasting your time looking for other hotels. This hotel is the definition of hospitality and service. It's a 3 star hotel disguised as a 5 star hotel. Excellent staff and service and rooms. 5 stars out of 5.
If you have never been to Egypt and this hotel is the first stop. Your bound to feel a little anxiety. Magnificent experience at the Président Hotel in Cairo 🤩

Room is slightly old. And it is not exactly in the center of Zamalek. So you need to walk out around 10 min to the main shopping area. Their hotel is located at the embassy area which is safe. You are able to have a great view of the Nile river. The service is ok, staff is friendly but the staff here are quite slow.
I chose this hotel because it's located within the embassy district. The entire street is lined with various country embassies, which made me feel a bit safer staying there! It's also backed by the Nile River, offering visible and beautiful scenery!
Arrived at 8 AM but check-in was at 3 PM. They let us check in at 2 PM since a room was available. The front desk service was just okay, not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Room facilities were a bit old but still clean.
The room was old and had a strange smell; Cairo hotels are really something else. The bedsheets and duvet covers were so pilled that I had to use my own bedding, otherwise, I couldn't sleep at all. Too bad, the location is extremely congested, cars can't get in, the hotel facilities are old, the towels are old, discolored and hairless
Small rooms, need to improve service staff not so friendly but location wise it is good . Not fairly priced as per infrastructure n service
Apart from the convenient location near Liberation Square, everything else is just average.
Breakfast is not much, too Egyptian, with bananas and cakes. Drinks are terrible. It is not appropriate to charge a night's fee for checking in four hours early. Luggage storage is available. There is a hair dryer. The location is very good.
It's in an alley, and the hotel rooms are similar to those in domestic hotels. Overall it's OK, but the transportation is not very convenient, especially with a lot of luggage. It's difficult for cars to enter the alley and it will cause traffic jams.
Small, old and shabby, not as good as domestic express hotels. The breakfast is also terrible.

After learning we wanted to experience local public transport, the front desk lady was incredibly helpful. She looked up how to get to Salah El Din Citadel by metro for us, writing down the directions and transfer stations in detail on a card, and even helped us exchange for small change. She's truly beautiful inside and out! Thank you, and thank you, David, for making every day of our stay in Cairo...
