Too bad, the location is extremely congested, cars can't get in, the hotel facilities are old, the towels are old, discolored and hairless

Small rooms, need to improve service staff not so friendly but location wise it is good . Not fairly priced as per infrastructure n service

Apart from the convenient location near Liberation Square, everything else is just average.

Breakfast is not much, too Egyptian, with bananas and cakes. Drinks are terrible. It is not appropriate to charge a night's fee for checking in four hours early. Luggage storage is available. There is a hair dryer. The location is very good.

It's in an alley, and the hotel rooms are similar to those in domestic hotels. Overall it's OK, but the transportation is not very convenient, especially with a lot of luggage. It's difficult for cars to enter the alley and it will cause traffic jams.

Its a good 4 star hotel with nice location. within 2-3 kms distance from all the important historical landmark which is Sphinx. It has lush green area in form of garden, a big swimming pool, all kind of spa facilities and massage's, multicuisine restaurant. Its walking distance from a local bus stand.

The hotel is lovely! 2 km from the pyramids. Courtyard with a pool. Only 2 floors, but over a large area. Each way out to a private veranda and into the grass EXT.yard. Beds wide by 1.4 m. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is a place for tea, coffee, al.kettle. Recommend!

Lovely place for a holiday with out door well maintained swimming pool and green area. The food is very poor as well as room service so ur better off eating out. The hotel more caters for adults then children as there is no animation team and there is a bar in the reception.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. Location if is a mid point from airport and the city centre

Very close to the pyramids and the GEM. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and cleanliness is adequate. We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city.

I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

The room was old, the bed smelled, and the sheets had a bad odor. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. The staff were sometimes haughty; it felt like you were annoying them! The breakfast buffet wasn't good. There were a lot of guests from the Gulf region with significant etiquette issues. Room was decent BUT, bathroom floor is designed such that water pools in the middle. Overall, the hotel shows it's age a bit and needs a renovation, but it's good value for the price.

Stayed here at the start of an Intrepid tour. It's clean, the bed comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfectly decent, with omelettes made to order. It is scruffy in places, but good value. Location is very handy - there are Nile-side restaurants five minutes' walk away. It is noisy - even with windows shut they sound open. We had a balcony with a view of the Nile.

Egypt Adventure tour with Intrepid This was my final night in Egypt, I was travelling with an organised Intrepid tour to Cairo, Aswan and Luxor and was finishing my stay here and leaving for the airport during the early hours of the 31st December. The staff were super helpful when I asked them anything. It was also nice to get a welcome orange juice, water, Pepsi and orange.

The room was nicely decorated, and the staff were very welcoming. However, the room facilities were a bit old, and the bedding was slightly rough. I believe that updating the bedding would provide a better experience for guests.

The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment. We were given a room that was loud next to a bar and was no hot water. We asked to move and they moved us and that was nice. The staff was lovely and helpful. But not sure if it was the nights we were they but there was loud music every night till 4-5am so sleep was hard to come by. The views were great of the pyramids, but sleep is important.

The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The room is clean and tidy. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the food is good.

There is no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel, which is incomprehensible. We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.
