everything, hotel/staff/room/discriminations against non Muslims/trash in front of the hotel/breakfast/smoke smell in the lobby/toilettes in the lobby were dirty no toilette paper no paper towels horrible place. I have been in so many hotels around the world never seen anything as bad as this place

Fraud! This is not a hotel! It is a Night CLUB with rooms - rooms that are in very bad shape and not clean. The restaurant i closed. The pool is not available. The lobby looks as if the place has been under destruction/reconstruction for many years. It is a dump. Do not go to this trap. Only one person on the staff speaks English. And the taxies they help you find are not taxies and they take overprice and will leave you at wrong places. It is not possible to give zero stars on Tripadvisor, but that is what this trap is worth.

Everyone was smoking cigarettes and the smell was everywhere even on the clean towels and linen when they were changed over

From time to time I visit Cairo and prefer to stay at Alnabilah hotel, the rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo.

A hotel that is less than normal. Breakfast is boiled eggs and a plate of beans. Rum service. We only saw them during the Czech out time. Of course, everyone asks for tips from the doorman at the reception. If you ask for a simple request, such as a toilet paper, they will feel that they have exceeded the system for your dinner and want a tip. An experience I don't think will be repeated in the hotel

I swear to God, one of the best hotels in Egypt in terms of dealing with the staff, brother Ashraf and Brother Sharif, and a very, very, comfortable and wonderful hotel. For me, I feel comfortable in it.
