The rooms were not over clean and very dated. Many things in the room were broken and repaired and poorly repaired. For the price of the hotel the standards was very low and very old. I did expect a cleaner more up to date hotel especially looking at the pictures and ratings . Staff were generally helpful but cleaning not done on time or very well but it’s hard to clean when the tiles are dirty and things are broken . Over all not good value for money but great location right next to GEM

Very close to the pyramids and the GEM. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and cleanliness is adequate. We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. Everything from the room cleanliness to the quality of amenities exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would gladly return and recommend this place to others.

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids/GEM. The reception staff were lovely upon checking in and it was a lovely surprise to see they had decorated our room and also provided a birthday cake for my husband. The room had a great view of the pyramids. The downside was the cleanliness of our room, I don’t think it had been hoovered as there was a lot of rubbish on the floor and the bathroom/toilet had some stains. The TV remote was not working but a quick call to housekeeping solved that which we appreciated. The room service was really good as was the breakfast buffet.
I would recommend staying here for the hospitality and location of the hotel however, hope they improve their cleanliness.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly welcoming. They went out of their way to assist me with any requests I had, making me feel right at home.

The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. I truly enjoyed every moment spent in the hotel, whether it was savoring a delicious breakfast in the dining area or exploring the beautiful facilities.

We booked a deluxe room with Pyramid view, but the hotel reception said we booked a side pyramid view and gave us a **** room facing other building’s window. We didn’t argue because we only stay there for one night and we are fed up with Egyptians. This hotel is not recommended
