The price-performance ratio is good, the hotel has a good location, the staff is very friendly and always helpful, whether at reception, in the lobby, or in room service – everything is good.

We stayed for a day here, due to extending stay in Giza and earlier hotel was not available for extension. We stayed on 27dec’19. it’s a very shabby looking place, with all dirty clothed seats even in reception. The rooms are very drab, with no hot water kettle or water bottles or even a mini bar. in our room, even the flush was not working. but when complained, it was repaired immediately. The staff are courteous, but this hotel is not for families or vacations. at best can be a stopover for people travelling on work.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Not that I’m ever going back to Egypt. Its dirty and requires a complete refurbishment. The price was very good. Now we know why. It did teach me to drink black tea.

One of the worest hotel in the world. Only one positive thing is the receptionist.she is very good .she called heba .and nothing else in the hotel. we went early to the hotel at 9am and they didn’t let to do the check in until 12 even I said we will do early check in. Also all the couches in the lobby are broken, the room are bad condition and the bathroom omg nasty with mud my blanket was blanket was broken. Poor selection of the breakfast they dont have a toaster to heat the bread to have to eat it hard or tell them to put in the microwave and all the staff working there when you are eating they looking at you like what you eating the worse feeling when you are eating in a table.

Good location, clean, best breakfast ever included! Our family of 5 stayed there for 3 nights. Good things to say: Location is good - lots of stores and fast food is around. Great view on pyramids. Best breakfast is included - great variety, they even pack breakfast box for you if you have to leave earlier. Bad things: 1. super slow check-in, even though the room was prepaid and we came After 6 pm, our room was not ready - there was only one bed in there and a sofa so kids immediately started to fight over who will sleep on the floor. We had to call them to bring two extra beds! 2. Floor is a carpet and it is extremely dirty. Your feet will be black after you walk there for two hours. 3. Located on very busy street and it is very noisy ALL NIGHT LONG! I would probably not stay there again.
