Aracan Pyramids Hotel

By God, the service is very bad. There is no cleanliness in the bathroom or anything good. Only the pool is good. Other than that, everything is very bad and it seems deserted.

was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95.

Harassed by concierge, loud, dirty, cold
This is the first time I have to give a bad review. Due to having to change rooms several times, I have experienced 4 rooms in total. The good things are the good breakfast and the proximity to the pyramids. BUT:

- In room 1, a pipe burst as soon as I used the sink. I immediately reported it; still, no one was there even when the water reached the bed and the outside hallway.
- There was no light in room 2.
- In all rooms it was very difficult to find a working socket.
- The internet did not work in any of the rooms; not even in the reception or breakfast room.
- Room 3 was clearly not cleaned.
- 3 of 4 balcony doors were broken --＞ freezing cold (in February).
- Rooms are on the street side --＞ extreme traffic noise, all night long
- I had nothing to carry and that is why I always asked to leave without the concierge. Nonetheless, he always followed me just to say "Money me". The most terrifying was last night when I arrived at 2 and had to leave at 6, just wanting to go to bed. I was falling asleep when there was a knock on the door. I opened it a crack, he entered my dark room (I was clearly in my pajamas), sat on my bed & turned on the TV. It took me minutes to get him out of my room while he stammered "Money me" (unsuccessfully this time).

I also requested a refund because I had not booked this hotel with ******* but the hotel refused.

One word “Terrible”
I booked only to find a very run down place with no reservation done for me. They told me they have no room or place for me to stay. Thank you.

Terrible customer service
Very rude staff working at reception, we didn't even get to stay in hotel, we were simply turned away!!!
