——EXTREMELY POOR INTERNET WIFI SERVICE
——I believe a balance is required between the guest's safety and respecting their privacy and autonomy.
——The policy may require flexibility to manage its case on its merits for the sake of EGYPT’S TOURISM REPUTATION.
——However, the biggest drawbacks are very strict, rigid customer service with no tourist mentality
YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT YOUR FRIENDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT YOU IN YOUR ROOM, EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN EXECUTIVE ROOM
YOU MUST MEET THEM ONLY IN THE LOBBY !!

Such a TERRIBLE place. Deserves zero stars at this point!!
The rooms were not clean; some had insects, and several guests developed skin rashes.
The food was very poor, and breakfast was extremely disorganized.
-The elevator was very old and slow, it was scary to use.
-Lack of security, people were coming in and out without passing by the security.
-The pool smelled awful, just from passing by it.
-One of the receptionists and the concierge were extremely rude.
-The check-in process was beyond disorganized.
The outdoor breakfast area was excessively dusty—our clothes were literally covered in dust.
I ordered two bottles of water and was asked to pay for them upon delivery to the room, rather than at checkout.
I requested assistance from the concierge to carry my bags from the parking area to reception, and they refused, citing “no cameras in the parking area.”!!!!
-I was in a triple room and the provided facilities in the room (water bottles, tissues, baskets, etc.) weren’t enough to accommodate 3 persons.
This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life—far worse than even basic motels.
-Would never recommend this place.

Disappointing stay.
The hotel rooms were not clean, which was a big issue for me. The security staff were also very annoying and kept repeatedly asking who I was, even if I only stepped out for a minute to pick up a delivery.

They also treated Uber drivers poorly when they came to pick me up, which was uncomfortable to see.

The elevator is very old and extremely slow, and there was a bad smell around the pool area.

Breakfast was also quite poor with very limited options.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations

So bad and dirty hotel. Service not good. No flexible, bad experience and food.
