Rahoma is the kindest man I've known, he even drove us to a very good essence oil expert for shopping and also gave us free breakfast. the rooms are very good with air con and en suite bathrooms. The best part of the place is the panaromic view of the pyramids, you cant get enough of this view ever.

The location is convenient but there is no hair dryer in the hotel. However, the breakfast is good even we woke at 7am, there’s still have breakfast to eat.

A very comfy room but too loud, it’s on the main road so, expect loud transit during the night. The breakfast is super simple! The entrance is very creepy! But dont worry the interior gets better. They give NO WATER!

A nice, stylish hotel in the heart of downtown. All the sights are within walking distance. Huge 4-meter ceilings and even a designer touch. There's a kitchen. The hotel was nice but a lot of street noise and the elevators were a nightmare. However, the staff was excellent and Gergus in the dining room was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

In our trip back to the hotel a taxi driver took our phone by accident or on purpose. We still don't know. Mahmoud of the reception started calling at once to talk the driver to give back our phone. Amazing family ran hotel. We had a perfect stay here. Mohamed, the host, reached out to us a few days in advance and made sure we arrived safely. The room was a good size, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was served with a beautiful view of the pyramids and it was good. It was up and down. The room is very small and the signal is extremely weak; you can't use your phone in the room at all, especially Vodafone. No sunlight enters the room. However, the breakfast is nice.

Clean space and close to the airport but hardest to get to the attractions. Staff could be a bit more friendly and room service could be better. For example for 3 people Accomodation they were only leaving 2 towels.

I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the other service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

Stay was great. Breakfast was good too. Gana hospital was just 4-5 minutes walk where my training / workshop was. If you are coming especially for that then definitely going to recommend it. Many places of food and shopping centers were located around the hotel. Easy to catch taxi but do allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport in taxi as traffic is hilarious.

It's generally okay, but there's no hairdryer, the shower head is a bit broken, there's only a power outlet in the room, no tissues in the lobby, and the Wi-Fi is broken; even after getting the password, I still can't connect. Also, some US dollars are missing.

During my stay in Cairo, I found most places quite cold in winter, but this place had a heater, which was a relief. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, so I had a good stay overall. However, the amenities were not great—the quality was lacking, and there were no toothbrush, toothpaste, or hairdryer provided.

I think this hotel has potential, but it was enough for us to try for 1 night. There was a huge WiFi problem after booking in, but the staff were quick to work on the issue, and I appreciate that. The amenities for the bathroom are less than other hotels. For the most part a nice hotel.
