Cairo, EMRO Al Kais (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was ok, but the pool wasn't working
Only stayed 2 nights . Nice welcome on arrival. Staff really helped us during our stay. Room clean & tidy with plenty of bathroom toiletries. Excellent Sphinx & Pyramid view day & night . Well positioned when moving around & sightseeing.
Thank you so much for everything. They checked us in at 10:00 AM instead of 3:00 PM as stated in the reservation. They also gave us breakfast on the day of arrival, instead of the next day, because we were leaving at night. They showed us where to buy mangoes, souvenirs, and so on. They helped us navigate the queue to the pyramids! And they took us out in a taxi at night... Thank you so much for such...
Very friendly! The interior is beautifully decorated! The spacious roof terrace is used as a dining area and has an incredibly beautiful view of the pyramids! Amazing!!! Only paid €105 for 2 nights for 2 people! Regards, Karl
The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, we went to have coffee and there was hair on the plates, as well as the cutlery being greasy and with leftover food, the bath towels had a bad smell, and our bathroom was very dirty, in addition to breakfast being late. which was quite annoying, we stayed for 3 days and the food was delayed for 3 days which affected the departure time for my...

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I love everything about it: the staff, the rooms, and the breakfast. Everything is clean, and the bathroom is in good condition. The location is excellent.
Great location, very convenient for getting around and easy to find taxis. There's also a tasty local restaurant next to KFC nearby – definitely worth trying if you're in the area!
Great location, excellent value for money.
The hotel has a great location, with a Majia noodle restaurant nearby, which is a lifesaver for Chinese travelers craving a taste of home. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful, with individual portions that were more than enough. The room had amenities like a hairdryer and a fridge. However, the fridge was a bit noisy at night, which slightly disturbed my sleep. All the staff...
Great location in downtown Cairo, right on Talaat Harb Street – close to shops, restaurants, and offices. The hotel is basic but clean. Most rooms don’t have windows. No elevator and no sign at the entrance, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for

Perfect place to stay and very friendly staff
It is not recommended to stay here. It is said to be four stars, but in fact it feels like a B&B with no services at all. The rent is collected on the spot after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Someone happened to be getting married at night, and I was forced to watch the wedding for free until 12 o'clock. I couldn't take a shower, the faucet was broken, and I didn't have the wifi to use my own data. The...
Jewel Maadi Cabins and Club Hotel: The good points: A view of the Nile, which is very close, with a reed bed in the background and the lively atmosphere of passing fishing boats and a few tourist boats. Relative tranquility considering that the main Corniche road passes 30 meters away on an elevated road. Close to restaurants, places to relax, and a grocery store 30 meters away. The bad points: The...

Beautiful experience in this hotel: very cleaned, near to Pyramids and managed by amazing people! Mohamed, his brother and the rest of the family are so kind1 Probabily the only negative note was the brakfast...It could be improved... Marta, Marco e Miriam
We had the most wonderful 2 nights at this hotel. It is affordable and really, really good!! The owner and his brother go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and know the best ways to get around Cairo. There is no pressure at all, which we appreciated. The beds were very comfy and we slept extremely well. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!!
We stayed her to be close to the pyramids. The view is spectacular!
nice view & very kind people.
when i leaving , he was waiting for my taxi with me at 4:30AM and took care of my taxi by calling driver & checking it's fee too.
The room was clean, but there were small ants. Since it was Egypt, I won't be too critical, but if there weren't any ants, it would have been perfect. It was a wonderful room with a view of the pyramids. The pyramids were clearly visible from the rooftop. We were able to eat breakfast while looking at the pyramids, and the sunset was beautiful.
Very friendly, family-run staff. Valuable tips on what to look out for. Clean rooms, with air conditioning set to 24°C, which is perfect. Unlimited water. Beautiful view, breakfast on the terrace. I recommend it.

Cairo, 7 Sphinx Street (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The service is good overall. However, the hotel is quite pushy when it comes to tours, so some people may not like it.
Simple but clean structure, excellent breakfast with a view of the pyramids, friendly and welcoming staff
Right next to the pyramids, you can see the pyramids and the Sphinx from the rooftop bar. The reception staff were also kind and recommended some great local spots. It's very affordable, so I definitely recommend it!
It's located at the back of the pyramids, but it's tucked away in an alley, so it might be difficult to find when you first check in. The rooms are small but clean, and shampoo and body wash are provided. It's a good value, but please note that the view of the pyramids is somewhat obstructed by the hotel rooftop in the alley (only two pyramids are visible).
The hotel is located directly across from the pyramids, and check-in was quick. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is limited, but the food was delicious. It's located on a quiet side street, away from the noise and hustle and bustle.
A great choice! The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely incredible — you can see the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the hotel, rooms and balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome, even arranging transport and excursions at fair prices. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Choosing Egypt tours with Abbderaman Nasr, from...

Overall good with good shower and can sleep very well. Only day time a bit noisy because of the hop from car in the road
The so-called Cairo Hotel is just a small guesthouse near Liberation Square. The rooms are very old and incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The only advantages are decent service and a great location. They claimed to have free parking, but it's just in a back alley, and they still tried to charge me 200 Egyptian pounds. They're just trying to rip me off. This Ctrip partner is such a rip...
In China, this would be equivalent to a guesthouse along the street. It's quite noisy because there are many people on the street. It's close to the old museum, so it's okay for one person to stay one night.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by famous restaurants and trendy cafes. It's very welcoming for Chinese tourists and a must-stay for anyone visiting.
The location is decent, right at a busy intersection. There's no elevator, and the room was quite small; I was told I'd get an upgrade but didn't. Cleanliness was just okay, but the bed was pretty comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful.
Cairo Inn is a great choice for a stay in the heart of Cairo. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options just around the corner. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. The room is simple but comfortable, providing a good place to rest after exploring the city. Overall, a convenient and welcoming stay in Cairo.

Breakfast needs some serious improvement. Rooms need a deep clean. Otherwise it is a good location. Some friendly staff
The receptionists were very friendly and professional especially Sara, she’s an amazing receptionist that made our stay very convenient. The breakfast was served to our room, it’s a large quantity and tastes very good
It was a pleasant experience. The receptionist named Sara was amazing and made our stay wonderful and convenient. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. If you need anything, she is always available to help with a smile.
They were absolutely professional and understanding. The front seat because we were Americans were good to us but when we left they checked the room. Other than that it was a nice stay with a flawless room.
are very kind and helpful with us.
WiFi so bad
A good hotel with all good facilities within reasonable cost. Having a restaurant named Bukharest beside it. Very good loctation in regards to connectivity. One can get all sorts of transport all time of a day. Other facilities like grocery, fast-food chains etc are well within reach.

Nice place, friendly staff, supporting and they will help you in what you need. I was helping a friend to check in there and saw the rooms, the terrace and kitchen. The terrace is amazing area. It has card and board games to enjoy with friends.

A simple and accessible hotel that offers everything you really need. Remember, this is a two-star hotel by Egyptian standards, so don’t expect luxury, but at this price it’s perfectly acceptable. There’s a nice rooftop terrace, a great place to relax and socialize. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes up for some of the minor shortcomings. Such nice staff- they make a strong effort to connect with every guest and make sure they are happy with their stay. I had a great stay here! The hostel is in a perfect central location — just a short walk to convenient stores, money exchange, and plenty of local restaurants. I thought it was a good hotel for the price.
The shower rooms and toilets are shared, so I thought women might be a little hesitant to use them.

I have stayed here twice and I still recommend it. The boss is very attentive and enthusiastic.
This is a homestay in an old building. If you don't call the homestay staff to help you find the way, you can't find it by yourself.

Extremely good view at the roof! And good location since the ground floor is just side of ticket office you can directly wake up and go to pyramid (be the first batch of visitors)
You can choose this place if you want to have a good view during relax.
The location is decent, close to the pyramid area. However, the surrounding area is chaotic and crowded, and you'll be attacked by touts whenever you leave the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Should've stayed a 4th night. Rooms are spartan, but clean. Restaurant cooking was good. Great views. Staff were really helpful. Not a bad hotel at all. Better than more expensive ones in the area.
Good location, at the entrance of the Giza Pyramids, the breakfast terrace offers a beautiful view of the pyramids. Good service, but there are horses and camels at the door, which is a bit smelly
My 11-year-old daughter and I went on vacation with our family of three. We changed rooms because there was no hot water. The weather was cold, so we stayed warm with the air conditioner's hot air function. The view of the pyramids was the best.

What kind of bicycle do you need for a price of more than 100 yuan? The service is pretty good, but the rest is very average. The hygiene is a bit poor and there are basically no facilities. Fortunately, the air conditioning is very powerful.

The location is great for anyone who wants to explore downtown Cairo. It’s close to several important places, including the Nile. The hotel is clean, and the staff are so kind and friendly, especially the team in charge of the breakfast service.
Just one small note: the photos on the website don’t fully reflect the reality of the hotel (not 100%).
Room was generally clean and spacious.
They just need to make sure the sheets/linen are clean, hairs and moldy stains are seen in the sheets.
No elevator. 3 flight of stairs.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff was really appreciativep p(all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in cairo. The cleanliness should really be improved as well as the basic equipment of the room (had to ask for towels, no bed covers, no shower gel/shampoo, no breakfast).
However, it is very well located and I would like to give a special mention to one of the ladies at reception who went out of her way to keep my bag after check out while I visited Cairo.
The room are cheap so you shouldn't expect a 5*, however...
